I would imagine that there are needs beyond which an escort would be able to fill. Some will do the girlfriend experience where they pretend to be intimate with you on an emotional level, but there are guys who want a real relationship where they know someone genuinely likes them and cares if they exist or not. Who they can learn about and grow with, share their life with.

Freedom of speech in the USA unlike most of the world. You can be recorded or photographed in public. It's a constitutionally protected right. So the government cannot censor reporting of the news. You can however sue someone in civil court for slander, if they publicly spread false information that causes financial or reputation loss. But it's uncommon.

No. This is inaccurate. One can deduce with fairly high accuracy based on prior experience, and knowing the psychology of women and how they rate the majority of men below average, that you are indeed inadequate for most women.

Many people don't think ahead. They find someone they're attracted to. They enjoy their company. The lifestyle they can provide each other. Their common interests and time together.
