1	For guys who go to the gym, when do you stop? At what point are you like, okay, this is enough? I’ve held pretty firm at the intermediate levels of strength on the major complex movements and I’m happy to stay here. I think most will find that that, while yes, it would always be nice to be a bit stronger and a bit bigger/leaner, the commitment levels needed around diet, sleep and an increasingly complex/injury-prone lifting routine become less and less worthwhile.
