Bringing the attitude that OP is lambasting... directly into the comment section is an interesting approach.

People who do this are quickly called out for victim blaming. Like always.

Women do that too. You rely on whataboutism to divert the convo from previous whataboutism claims lol

socially inept people exist everywhere and women don’t automatically hate them. What's the point here? The bar is higher for men they want to be in a relationship with.

These guys are all carrying excess bodyfat and would need to lose 20-30 pounds to be lean. They are exactly where they should be.

Tell the men dying of thirst that you're forced to drink Dasani...

Blaming people for widespread issues makes no sense. At a certain point systems have to be judged to be changed. It's like saying fat people just need to eat less. You see the trajectory that logic gets us.

Trends are only relevant to the choices you're giving if making a choice is mandatory at all. What? That's not true at all. If statistical trending was only valid for mandatory decisions it would be damn near useless. Abstaining is a choice in many trial scenarios.

So, short of the priest, your primary point of praise for all of these men is financial success. So much so that that's where the list begins and ends. Suppose that's just the way it is.

Not for young adults. Most people have to grow into that understanding.

Hahah oh no. You’ve gone and terrified me into blindly following you in your ignorance. I don’t know the pronouns you use but sir yes sir!!! See that? That’s sarcasm. Oh oh, and you see that? That’s me mansplaining something obvious in case you missed it.

Well I’m a man, so I guess that’d make sense from a logical standpoint. You guys are great at jumping to assumptions on my gender though. Not sure if there is a verb for that.

It would be womansplaining or womsplaining at the very least. And again, use whatever words ya like - imma do the same.

Ahh, you’re just confused. Here ya go - https://www.oed.com/view/Entry/59997929?redirectedFrom=mansplaining& I don’t know if you’re brain needs like a patch or something but I’d try and get it worked out - lots of new words are created all the time.

Lol I can’t tell if you’re trolling by mansplaining or this is just the way you are.

I feel like you’re trying hard to not be shallow with your hypothetical situation. What would you pick between these two? Handsome + Kind + Genuine Or Unattractive + Kind + Genuine It’s not shallow to be attracted to attractive people and to prioritize them if all other variables are constant. It’s a fundamental human endeavor.

Your argument presumes that these traits are independent and unavailable simultaneously.

Would you tell a person who’s going to the gym purely for vanity to stop? Does a positive change require a noble goal?

What a shitty response. Keep being mad I guess.

Ahh well then stop masking your hatred of a subreddit behind inaccurate critique of a post. People here suck but you being disingenuous ain’t exactly showing a moral superiority.

They are literally mirrored jokes, one being a jab at men, the other at women. Them being similar is the whole damn point. If you see hate in one and humor in the other, I think you’ve got some serious bias at play.

The interracial marriage of white men has increased 7% since the 1980s. This is a non-factor. Women are not altering their appearance in droves to oppose some ridiculous eastern threat. And men do care, of course we do. Our perspective shifts based on the reality of what women adjust within their gender specific judgements.

Children and disabled people are highly likely to have lower cognitive ability. Strength is not the only factor in your comparison.

I’ve held pretty firm at the intermediate levels of strength on the major complex movements and I’m happy to stay here. I think most will find that that, while yes, it would always be nice to be a bit stronger and a bit bigger/leaner, the commitment levels needed around diet, sleep and an increasingly complex/injury-prone lifting routine become less and less worthwhile. Eventually that 1-2 pounds of lean mass you could gain this year are hard to justify and you subconsciously move toward maintai…
