1	CARNEGIE, Okla. - An Oklahoma teacher has been charged with second-degree rape, accused of having sex with a 16-year-old student. According to court documents the teacher was employed at Carnegie Public Schools as a special education teacher when she began a relationship with a 16-year-old student. Well nobody is accusing your shorts of rape, I’d say it sounds like you engaged in a consensual act with fabric. All I’m saying is that until I know wether the guy gave consent or not I’m not calling it rape, because consent is the primary factor in defining rape... not age difference.
