Obviously 125 lbs for the average woman (It's in English, so I assume English speaking countries, so 5'5) isn't big. 130 lbs isn't big either, but it can be chubby (unless she has muscle). It's not, depending on height. Like he said "How tall is she?" For the average woman who is 5'5, 120 lbs is a perfect weight. Obviously, if she is 5'11, 120 lbs would be waaaaay too light. BMI at 5'5 says 150 lbs is the upper limit of health, but that is kind of chubby for a 5'5 woman. My girlfriend is 5'4 and is usually around 120 lbs, if she gets to 130, she'd be chubby.
