If it were Austin doing it, he'd have been in the squad car in about 5 minutes.

Next time you see him and he has that same attitude just ask him flat out "WTF is your problem?" Tell your GF that you want to stay with her but aren't going to take shit off her dad.

Not when you think of the devastation wreaked upon the duped father and the child(ren), the loss of contact during and after a divorce because the duped dad is not the biological parent, etc. Paternity fraud is just that - fraud, and should be treated as such. I think that my suggestion would be a preventive measure and would give the women who commit this type of offense pause before proceeding given the severity of the consequences.

Would be a lot easier and cheaper to make it mandatory for women to certify under penalty of law that they have had no sexual contact other than with the putative father during the window of conception. Make it a felony with a mandatory 10 year prison sentence for non compliance or a false statement.

Don't post this stuff here, rather post it in r/twoxchromosomes, r/askwomen, and r/AskFeministWomen. I mean, after all, you're not showing men anything they haven't experienced before.

The link you provided is more about lifetime alimony - see this link instead https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&ved=2ahUKEwj17YfRgoHzAhULlmoFHbqUBYAQFnoECBUQAw&url=https%3A%2F%2Fdivorceandyourmoney.com%2Fblogs%2Fpermanent-alimony%2F&usg=AOvVaw2Z8eZFMUSMzSVIwTK9J8Hj Want more info on shared parenting? I'll just number the points you made. Both attorneys will just laugh at you suggesting this How would an "infidelity clause" be an incentive for agreeing to no maintenance? How does having separate finances (or not) affect a PNA? See Property Division by State on Divorcenet.com Exactly what debt are you talking about? You could give her the ring with your right hand and a draft of your agreement with your left. Why do you even want to get married since you can't seem to trust anyone?

Don't you think that you are overstating the risk? Perhaps you should research what divorce and child support in both your and her's country entails? Have the two of yo even discussed the possibility of marriage, or talked about each other's views on marriage, children, finances, etc?

"give her money for therapy" Does your BF have this in writing? If so, it could be construed as extortion. Not sure why your BF needs a lawyer at this point if the hearing is about the TRO he requested and he is not being charged with a crime. But there is an online service called Avvo, your BF could seek help there.

Finally, a post that doesn't involve whining about feminists and actually addresses something tangible. The problem with making your suggestion work would be how to enforce it.

So some idiot actress suggested this and it threatens you how exactly?

Feminism has raised men to be misandrists.........really? Absolutely nothing in your rant comes close to proving that point.

Just what relevance does anything that you have written here have to do with what is going on in society today? Just for a little perspective (pun intended) while women were handing out white feathers to shame men that weren't in the military, some of them were probably still having the shit kicked out of them legally by their husbands.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
