I have seen articles, or at least headlines of articles, talking about how women earning a really good paycheck don't want to marry a man that makes less than they do but also can't easily find men that make more. Complain about the irony of embracing feminism but not being able to get over traditional gender roles or what have you. Porn is a different matter. The extremes of porn is mostly due to the internet and all the free/pirated porn available. Just to stand out enough to distinguish thems…

I think it's a question of proportion, though. Like, surveys of female sex fantasies always rate rape/non-consent pretty high, but I highly suspect only a small portion of those would actually pursue rape roleplay, while the rest keep it to masturbatory daydreams or maybe reading some fictional rape erotica. It's easy to have confirmation bias by pointing at the very kinky women who do put themselves out there, but that doesn't tell us about the ones who don't. Neither can we really know about h…

I'm aware of the exploitation of porn actresses. Still, at this point I'm sure they are all aware of it too, and they could all quit porn any time they want if they don't want to be treated that way. If they show up to the shoot of their own free will, and get paid for it afterwards, I don't think we can even come close to legitimately calling it rape or not consensual, even if the actress is put in a little bit of slight distress by the asshole porn actors and asshole porn directors, whom I am …

Yes, videos of genuine rape are illegal because rape itself is illegal. Obviously. Lot of rape videos are real rapes Nah, most that you can find easily are acted porn. Or even mainstream movies, if the genitals aren't shown. there are subs on Reddit dedicated to hunting those very vids down Name one. Go on. Point one out that is for videos of genuine rape and not merely rape porn and I'll go right now and fill out the form to report it to the Reddit admins.

And yet all the posters of rape porn to the sub and all the commenters seem to be male. Hm. I never paid a lot of attention to r/strugglefucking (the now-banned subreddit for clips and links of rape porn) nor do I pay much attention to the subs that have sprung up to replace it, but I would say yes, it's almost entirely guys in those. But also yes, the content in those is pretty much all professionally produced porn where the woman was a paid porn actress. You can tell because the camera work is…

The mentioned subs don't contain rape or rape videos, geez. Women talking about their rape experiences and rape fantasies, though, yes. Even actual rape porn is just acting. Videos of genuine rapes are illegal.

I would add the "misogyny" subs to that, current and the older banned ones. They are almost completely based on girls asking guys to say degrading things to them. Granted, all of the above are frequently accused of being mostly guys writing fiction, and no doubt at least some of it is. Anything with a lot of photo submissions are known to have a lot of guys posting as girls by posting pics lifted from the web. But yes, while I'm not inclined to go look up any numbers right now, there are a lot o…

"All" is always a really stupid thing to say. Yeah, people all the time make these sweeping generalizations without leaving the slightest bit of room for the inevitable outliers and exceptions. Of course, there's always the problem of giving an inch and people taking a mile, too. Both are really intellectually dishonest. Though, the former may be more often due to lack of imagination than purposeful dishonesty.

If you look at surveys of female sexual fantasies, force and rape always rank pretty high. I think for the majority of such women that admit to these fantasies, it's just a vague daydream used for masturbation. The portion of those that actually pursue rape roleplay and such is presumably much smaller, but definitely non-zero. Of course, even rape roleplay is not rape, and the "victim" generally maintains feelings of safety and control, depending on the specific way the scene is carried out. For…

I'm not super surprised about this. You had rape-themed porn subs like r/strugglefucking banned on Jul 10 but female-on-male rape-themed porn subs were not. r/misogynyfetish was banned on Jul 10 along with some but not all similar subs. IIRC r/misogynyfetishtrans spun off of r/misogynyfetish within the past year, because most of the folks in r/misogynyfetish didn't super appreciate trans folks. So there's a possible argument that Reddit intentionally left kink subs alone if they were not of a me…
