This right here. ^ I worked LP for a large drugstore chain. Once they bump you, it’s on. There’s a lot of ambiguity in the law vs. what the company wants. You also have to take into account whether they are simply shoplifting, or, part of a larger group engaged in ORC. (Organized Retail Crime). If you work the same “hot” stores for awhile, you also get somewhat of a relationship with local cops. We had many show up for arrests noting how the suspects must have fallen down. It can be a rough job.

My ex wife drank my child support. So much so, she’s 46 and has cirrhosis. I got the last laugh though. I eventually got all my kids, and, she has no legal rights.

Won custody of all 4 of mine after almost 8 years. If she's truly unfit, request a custody evaluation. It was what finally got it done. Once the judge hears what a professional thinks about your situation, you have the best chance. Everyone on here has solid advice. Record/document everything. You can get an app to record your phone conversations with the ex.(Tape-a-call) Just don't record her talking with the kids. It's inadmissible in Texas. Most of all, you have to be above the law in all you…

For what it's worth... what these folks don't seem to understand is, this has already been tried. It was called the 80's. Women were all bitching that men weren't sensitive enough. Men tried to keep them happy, everyone went all sensitive and thoughtful. A few years later, they bitched that men were too sensitive, and, not manly enough. Only thing you can truly count on is women changing their minds on what they want. (and I have 3 daughters)

What state do you live in? And a call to CPS will get her drug tested. If she fails, you have something. And document EVERYTHING!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
