This is really the best advice. I have learned alot from the RP but I usually have to take a break because it makes me pretty cynical. Take everything with a grain of salt like the post above says. I think point number 2 is the key point to opening the door of becoming one's best self. It requires honesty, most importantly personal honesty. I have to agree with journaling. I would suggest paper but I don't think it matters if you want to use a word doc. It has helped me, and I'm going through some of the same shit. I think it all really boils down to a mindfulness train of thought. First, you put everything on the table, and by writing/reading it helps with perspective.
