He gets $90,000 as a "compensation", she gets a 2 month weekend service-only sentence.My question is, what happen to the judge that gave him the original sentence (not the judge that decide this one now, as I see the reason why she shouldn't be punished too harshly). It was clearly her words against his, and no hard evidence could be linked (clearly, since the crime never took place).
