You obviously don't know what overtraining is. It's a medical condition and you don't need to overtrain to gain or maintain muscle mass. Putting in more than a maximum of 1½ hour at the gym is simple pointless. You might feel that you achieve more by staying until you can't do a single push-up but you really don't.

I've always been a crazy horny guy with 100's of fetishes and fantasies so I might not be the right person to answer this but I don't find weed to lower my sex drive. Smoking in general causes high blood pressure which reduces sex drive so of course there will be a negative effect on your sex drive if you smoke a lot but if you make sure to exercise properly and eat healthy you are minimizing the risks.
