1	How to forget a girl? No motivation for anything... Get yourself out there more. You don't have to see other women necessarily; try having the sole intention of making new friends, and just try to have fun. Even if it's only on the weekends, it'll speed up the healing process. As you do this, your confidence will improve, your anxiety will diminish, and it will be easier for you to get off of it when the time comes. Sorry if I seem like a dick here, but this seems anecdotal, and contrary to what I know of the relevant subjects. And be extremely cautious if you drink. Usually you shouldn't be on it regularly regardless. Benzodiazepines are one of the potentially fatal drugs from which to withdraw, and addiction is quite borrific.
