The legal system already assumes innocence until proven guilty. But if they were charged for rape, they cannot be proclaimed innocent. Merely not guilty. Such a situation would favour the accused too much. There's simply too much risk now for rape victims because now any rape victim, real or fake, can be charged with a false rape accusation. If you had actually read the huffington post email, you would see that he links to blog posts that Podesta should share. Not that he should check over. Of which there may be only....3? Maybe not even? I mean, we don't even need to listen to the Clinton camp on this, we can objectively ask ourselves, is this wrong or illegal?
