Well, I'd say that's the case for most of the males in society today either way. Sure, being HS does not help in regards to confidence and behaving alpha, but I would not say it's been harder, for me at least, to break the bad behavioral habits and BP brainwashing. By being HS I've been able to pick up on the signals when I've been doing good and when I've made mistakes with girls for instance fairly easily. Understanding why was the biggest problem, and that's where TRP truly shines IMO.

Thanks for the input, I have considered myself an introvert for most of my life, but looking back I tend to be able to behave extroverted when I feel like it or feel like I should. I don't think you can get too big naturally (without steroids). When you're approaching 20% bf you are getting pretty bulky, but for me at least, it's easier to pack on muscle when you have so much excess energy in your body. I've been having good steady progress on a PPL split with cardio or mobility work between the lifting days for the last year. I'd say the most important thing here is to learn to listen to your body. As long as you have good progress and enjoy the program, stick to it.
