I'm not talking about any deep, existential movies per se. What I mean here is ordinary ongoings in movies that are beautiful and inspiring due to either the cinematography or the behavior and interactions of the characters within. It's like when you decide to watch a movie, and you dot know what you're in for. The parts that bring joy and delight make you thank yourself for putting time aside to watch the movie.

I love setting the time aside to watch a movie instead of playing computer games or checking my most visited websites for hours on end. There's so many movies that bring inspiration and a renewed sense of positivity to your outlook, not to mention a nice outlet for emotions/tears.

Ive been lifting for almost a year and a half now, and I feel u. When I first started I was also doing yoga 2-3 times per week for a few months and THAT had me feeling a way that I'd never felt before. Yes, the swoley gains from lifting bring joy to the heart but I'm highly recommending a yoga routine too if that's something you're open to trying.

TRP is great on paper, but sometimes shit gets SNAFU and you just gotta give it your best attempt, even if its a minor defeat. The important thing is that you learn, and in time you'll get better at knowing what to do in these situations without having to think too much. This applies to anything in life. I truely believe that TRP should be centered around cultivating positivity and self-respect and less about "bitches can eat my cock n balls or go to hell".
