The numbers wouldn't look all that different. PSA is the test most Drs use to test for prostate cancer. But, even with high PSA numbers, the odds the man will die of the prostate cancer are pretty low considering most of the men who develop life-threatening prostate cancer are very old and will likely die of something else.
