Starting is the hardest part. Go walk the city. You're in one of the best there is. No agenda. No demands to meet people. Or talk. Just walk, and observe. Pick whatever central street or park is near you, or both. See people interact. Since you're in /r/seduction, look for couples, watch them from afar (and I mean afar; no creeping). People watch. Soak in what you find. Then go to the gym tomorrow. Join a class.

This didn't quite blow my mind. But that makes a lot of sense. Even gives super basic guidelines for carrying yourself as you age.
