This is the wrong mindset to have. Wanting to take it slow does not mean that she isn't attracted, and even if it did it has no implication on the future of the relationship. I recently heard about something called up out down. It's a conversation method and I think it actually works well. If the topic is pizza, up is food, out is hotdogs, and down is pepperoni pizza. Obviously don't talk about pizza, but just use this strategy if you run out of things to say.
