I think you meant to say "empathize."

The caveat is "if he is good enough." Most of the women in that community are not very attracted to their SO.

If you're looking to gain strength, try going lower reps (5x5).

Thanks for the response. I was a runner with no lifting experience when I started trying to gain wait last year. I guess it makes sense that someone with extra weight would have faster lifting improvement. What do you do for arms? My chest always gets compliments but I just do 3x10 bicep curls on back day and tricep pull downs on chest day. I've seen a little bit of improvement, but I think I could be doing more.

How did you go from 135 to 225 in 3 months? I've been lifting for about 18 months. I'm 6'2" and went from 170 to 190 pounds in that time, improving my bench from about 135 to about 205. Did you have a lot of muscle to begin with?

I'd keep her around as a sporadic thing. Don't take her hiking or anything. Keep it purely physical and sporadic, and I don't see why there would be huge problems.

Don't bring it up until she does. When she does, start to laugh and then tell her about your friend and how both of you thought it would be funny to pretend you went to their high school. Then say you realized you actually wanted to see her again. Just laugh through it, and she may find it funny.

MDMA is one of the worst drugs for your brain. Really fucks with serotonin levels and can decrease your ability to be happy in the future

I'm at a top 20 as well, and I can still find 3-4 hours per week to go to the gym. I don't watch TV, and I'm always out studying while my housemates are hanging out. You just have to make it a priority. It will help with sleep, stress, and grades as well.

Hit the gym, and once you are working out daily start eating all of the protein you can get your hands on. I gained 10 pounds of muscle in 3 months through lifting 5 reps of 5 sets alternating chest, back, and legs, and I started noticing immediate increases in my success with women due to 1) I was more attractive and 2) I was more confident. I'm naturally around a 7, but I think I improved to an 8 or 8.5 in a matter of months.

Because then she'd think that she's a slut. You need to give her an excuse that she can tell her friends that that was the reason she came back with you.

If you go to a good to fantastic college, that business major can bring in $$$, but if you go to a community college or a no-name private school, then all of this is true.

Nah you're fine. Just work on improving yourself. You have to ask yourself what you have to offer. If you're fat, hitting the gym a few days per week will do more for you than reading r/seduction. True confidence is better than any tips/tricks you can learn here.

Go to work to eat lunch with him and introduce yourself to him as her boyfriend (while introducing yourself to her other coworkers). Don't be hostile, but make it clear that your girlfriend is yours by using physical contact (arm around the waist or something like that).

I have a friend who I've hooked up with before, but there doesn't seem to be much attraction. This week I have been hanging out with her one on one, and I am spending tomorrow afternoon at her apartment and going to the gym with her. Friday evening we may hang out in her apartment. How do I bring back the attraction that was once there? If it helps, she admitted that she had once had feelings for me 4 years ago while I was interested in someone else. This was after our first hookup that she said…

Have a genuine conversation with them, but limit the playful teasing and keep kino at a minimum. Use these two things minimalistically to get the attention in the beginning, but try to have a genuine conversation with less joking and laughing. If you can engage her mind without engaging her emotions, you are gold.

Also, this is a biological response. Women secrete pheromones from their shoulder/neck area, and tucking hair away or moving it around will waft those pheromones, letting the guy know she's turned on.

I agree with you, but having two different words represent two different types of people helps the general population distinguish between which one they want to be. They might ask themselves, "Am I being nice or kind?" Instead of "Am I being nice #1 right now or nice #2?"

If I were in your shoes I'd say something like "Aight, let me know tomorrow b/c I'm going to make other plans." And actually do something with your friends or go out if she doesn't meet you. Next time man.

I think your problem could be one of two things. The first thing is physical appearance. You have to be honest with yourself on this one: are you an attractive guy, a guy with average looks, or a naturally unattractive guy? I have no idea what you look like, but I'm guessing you're somewhere between the 2nd and 3rd options. This is actually not as big of a problem as many people may think. You just have to change the way you approach, the people you approach, and the environment you approach in.…

I think seduction only works if you are already confident and happy in life. People (not only women) will only like you if you already like yourself. It sounds like you have a lot of issues you should sort through before getting back out into the pick-up scene. I'm telling you that women will not fill that void or make you any happier if you're down. Women give a happy man a way to express his confidence and happiness. My advice to you is try to find a hobby or something you are passionate about…

Most of this subreddit is just basic psychology. Guys act the same way over different triggers. For example, girls who are usually NOT visually stimulated can show a little bit of cleavage and "inadvertantly" stand or sit in a sexual manner, and that alone can drive a man crazy.

I was going to say "a prestigious university," but I thought this would be less snobby and get the point across that I'm not gaming easy community college chicks. I'm usually not cocky and definitely not awkward, but thanks for the advice- especially the part about not settling down with your friends and people you already know in an environment with new people.

It sounds like she's still sexually attracted to you, but she's accepted that you don't feel the same way about her. Just go for it.

This guy is pretty hard on you, but he's giving really good advice. You want to depict yourself as fun loving and confident. This doesn't mean you have to do what she wants though.

To expand, the guys who succeed don't give zero fucks; they give so many fucks about succeeding that they overcome the fucks given for fearing rejection.

How do you escalate with someone who lives 90 minutes away? I can only see her once every 2 weeks. I've known her for quite a while, but I'm pretty sure she is/was at least a little bit attracted to me. Do the texting rules still apply?

I have a light up shirt, and when I'm in dancing environments, girls have an excuse to touch my chest and strike up conversation. I also have really colorful shoes that get compliments but are less noticeable, but they work in the same way. It can definitely help if you have a hard time approaching women, but don't use it as a crutch. It can also help when approaching them because it makes you unique, and it can make them smile depending on the outfit and context.
