2	Can we talk about how to actually talk on the phone? Imagine a phone conversation like a dance. If you both linguistically dance well together then there’s no problem. Maybe one of you needs to lead the dance more than the other. But, if either or both of you are terrible dancers then it’s going to be clumsy.
