I get it man I felt the same way when I was in my early 20s. Now I’m in my 30s I realise the best thing to do is focus on yourself, be the best version of yourself you can be. Im talkin work wise physically mentally everything. Think of it as “levelling yourself up” or “maxing out your stats” if I may use gamer lingo. Women will come when they see your confidence and passion for what you do. Hang in there don’t get disheartened.

I dont think “hey you’re pretty” is a good opener tbh. She’s probably heard it a thousand times and it comes off as creepy even though that is not your intent. Maybe try being more playful. Or what some people do is they compliment and follow up with a joke to diffuse the tension. Try watching charisma on command on youtube, it has good tips for social interactions.
