Heh, the first link is so spot on and is a confirmation of TRP's assertion that you should treat women like children. I have had women cry in team meetings, come to my office to ask me if I still like them and create melodrama over the side of the office their desk was being placed. I am simply incapable of verbalizing enough appreciation to female employees to satiate their need for it for at least a week’s worth of work. Here is one example to explain. My receptionist was resigning and, while …

Yeah, tell that to the feminists who forced fire departments to allow women to be firemen, not acknowledging the fact that women aren't strong enough to lift adults out of a house fire. Men and women, literally the same strength.

To be absolutely clear, if they didn't want to do it or they thought there'd be more after, it's their problem. A stranger asked them, they agreed. That is not manipulation. That's not the point, she was opportunistic and using desperate betas who thought that there might be an off chance that she, the totally fucking average looking girl, might give them the time of day after they white knighted her. Never got naked pictures from tinder btw? I'd rather have someone shoveling my snow, making me …

And yet, if i, or any other man here, tried this same stunt on tinder, we would have a 0% success rate. She didn't even trick them by subtly implying that there'd be sex or even a date.

Since when was this argument solely about myself? Of course I don't assume my life is going to be the same as them, but you want to handwave away the massive number of men who won't get a college degree which is still INCREASING.

you seem to be clueless about my point. who would do better, an 8 in terms of physical attractiveness that was not an athlete or a 7 that was on the football team? The 7, because he has STATUS. how much partying happens in high school vs. college? College, obviously, because more people party, due to easier logistics and flatter hierarchy. Parties in high school happen mostly with popular people and, GASP basketball/football players are at the height of popularity. Also, this is my last msg to y…

i asked about attractive track athletes not unattractive athletes, or unattractive non athletes because my point was the issue was physical attractiveness not an association with a sports club. Again, attractive track athletes are usually going to be the football/basketball players too. Remember how women like taller men? Football/basketball players are on average taller, they already have one thing going for them. Because they workout, they are usually going to be in great physical shape too. Y…

i don't understand how if you didn't even play football in high school, you knew college football players. that seems a little odd. but moving on, i wonder if you are confusing athlete with physically fit/attractive. are you telling me a very attractive track athlete did not do as well as a similarly attractive football/basketball/lacrosse player? No? I went to school in the Boston Suburbs. Football, Basketball and (only because we're in the northeast) Lacrosse players were at the top of the social hierarchy here as well. Is it like in Texas? No, but that doesn't change the fact that Athletes are always at the top just about anywhere. nd where in red pill doctrine are 14-18 year old men considered highly desirable to women? in the book survival of the prettiest (which covers attraction research) it discusses a study that women of all ages…

In my experience, while men in their 50s and beyond would love a shot at dating a nubile 20-something, very few have the means to appeal to that crowd don't considering them for serious dating, so the majority of the time, those men stick to dating within a reasonable age range (-/+10yrs). They don't have to go after 20-somethings, they can go after the desperate 30-somethings.

Demographics like how fewer and fewer men are going to college? Yes, again, why does YOUR argument matter? Pairings between highly educated women and highly educated men are becoming rarer and rarer. is there only two types of people, athletes and nerds? what about ugly strong men with bad personalities that have no appeal to women? If they're ugly and they have no status, then they're beta. is every person on a high school football team high status? Is this a real question? I feel like i'm being trolled.

Yes, i'm a college graduate, but why does that matter? Do less educated men and women not count? That's pretty elitist. You're forgetting one thing: There's a social price to pay for the more educated for getting divorced.

I went to a school with a pretty big Basketball and Football program, one of those programs won a national championship within the last 20 years. I knew some of the players and it's not a big secret. Women threw themselves at the athletes. You're being a bit misleading, the divorce rate only went down because marriage rates went down. That really does say that 'healthy relationships' can't really exist in this country http://www.today.com/health/divorce-rates-are-lower-so-are-marriage-rates-1D80332291

That doesn't change the fact that happy, healthy relationships exist where both parties share personal growth experiences into middle and old age. Sky high divorce rates. The even scarier thing is, lots of people stay married even if it's broken or they're in a long term rut.

Actually, I believe the real reason why there's so much resistance to TRP is because women really don't want men to learn about female sexual strategy. Women want their cake and eat it too. If even more men refuse to marriage, that fucks over women even more because marriage is far more important to women than it is to men.

It seems to work for a lot of people. All TRP is doing is emulating men who are the most successful with women. The only reason why BP dislike TRP is because it's very UnPC and the female bloopers, especially, are uncomfortable with men learning about female sexual strategy and the implications that come with it (i.e. men not wanting to commit). Between a hetero man/woman (or their gay equivalents)? Of course there's an implication. That should be the default assumption. Unless there are other circumstances that we aren't calculating. If it's just one on one, yes that's the assumption. If you say to a group of people, 'lets go out for a drink', then it should be assumed to be platonic.

There's 'bluepill' as in the general ignorant population and 'bluepill' as in the people who participate in /r/TBP (actively/passionately ignorant) There is a much higher percentage of people in TBP that identify as feminists compared to the overall population. When i say BP in this context, i'm talking about the reddit BPers (which has a huge overlap with gamerghazi/srs/againstmensrights/etc which, not surprisingly tilts strongly on the feminist side).
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/15 10:12 PM

Ok, here's the thing, PUA techniques take a shitload of work. You have to approach hundreds of women to get good. And for most men, they have to overcome a LOT of fear. Also, if you advertise that looks are important, you're going to cut your client base a LOT. And yes, BPers say incredibly stupid shit when it comes to attracting the opposite sex. "Be an ally/Be a feminist to get laid" is something Dr Nerdlove, a dipshit huckster that BPers love, actually advocates. https://archive.today/2015021…

because it's common knowledge lol no Stop being delusional. PUA is advertised as being 'learn these magic tricks and you'll get laid easy!'. There's a HEAVY emphasis that looks aren't THAT important. It's hard enough to learn game, but to exercise/groom/dress well (actually the last one is the only thing i've noticed PUA emphasizing) makes it a LOT of work which would turn away a lot of clients. Women divorcing the shit out of their partners when they lose their jobs is self reporting? It's not like we're talking about 'feelings' here, we're talking about facts. The thing is, you're not contradicting TRP. TRP says women go after alphas in their early years and when they hit the wall, they go for betas who can support them. The thing is, if women could go on forever and didn't have their looks erode, they'd keep doing that forever (that and if they could also be financially independent).

if you've ever known a girl who has used a dating site you would know they already get deluged with messages from interested parties so they have no need to invite even more messages from guys that might not be that interested. how often, what percent of the time has a girl made the first move and asked you out or told you without you showing any interest that you are hot (which is basically what voting 4 or 5 would result in)? show me any other study which remotely confirms this blog post? that was a blog post not a study and it's meaningless because if you rated someone a four or a five on okcupid it sent them a message that you were interested so women generally avoided rating men 4 or 5 because they don't like to initiate generally. Yes, i'm sure women will forgo voting for people they find attractive to because the person will find out she thinks he's attractive. That makes no sense. here's hotornot rating data (without that issue) and men actually have a higher attractiveness…

included objective measures of looks and earnings power (not just self reports) put looks at 16x more important than earnings power. No woman wants to marry an ugly duckling, but for men with looks (and there are far too few of them: See the okcupid study where they found women judged 80% of okcupid men to be 'below average'), they are so rare that they can fulfill their biological imperative of fucking as many women as possible while forgoing marriage. Probably the redpiller would have a better go at it but he'd have to scale back his expectations on the physical attractiveness of the woman he could attract. Longterm, if he follows 'the plan', works out, dresses himself, develops game/a sexy attitude that women are attracted to, he will be able to attract higher quality women. The bluepiller should just castrate himself.

Women are so smart they fill the ranks of useless liberal arts majors and complain they don't get STEM jobs. Then waste their youth fucking around when their biological imperative is to secure a worthy mate to raise their children and then have to settle for suboptimal men (or become a foreveralone catlady). Sorry toots, i'm not beta like your husband is, you can't train someone who's independent.

There's no real 'smarts' involved when manipulation involves the promise of pussy. Women aren't smart, they're using an obvious advantage. But yeah, women are so smart, they're manipulating themselves into foreveralone spinsterhood full of cats all while their biological clock is telling them they should have been married with children already. Women are the far more foolish sex. THAT is entertaining.

No, i'm saying it's easier to manipulate someone when there is a higher relative sex drive in the other person. And it has nothing to do about the relative 'wits' of the person, men will do things they know that aren't good for them for pussy. You don't like TRP because it turns this dynamic on it's head and men have a chance to get pussy without any of this inherent danger. It has to do with the differing sex drives between men and women. Not about 'wits'. Women are still more irrational than men as a whole. Interesting how you pivot from the morality of manipulation to intelligence. I guess that makes TRP smarter than men (and women) overall since they seem to have a keen insight on these interpersonal dynamics? No wonder you're against it :)
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/15 03:34 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/15 12:59 AM

You're missing the point. The point is to withdraw completely as 'punishment' by demonstrating that you don't really need the woman in question. In many cases, the woman will beg the man to come back and continue on with sex. Betas would comply with the original request and what would happen is that he'd become a cuddle bitch or just 'hang out'.

Because she'll only view him as a meal ticket and occasional baby sitter. Single moms are desperate as shit. The thing is, it's not the "RP" philosophy on gender. RP is actually unoriginal, they almost always steal ideas from other groups (i.e. women, the black community). So if those other groups say the exact same thing, they don't get nearly the amount of same hate (or any at all). Edit: Obviously you need to get fit and motivated. Being physically attractive and having your shit together is a big part of RP philosophy.

These are only good as supplements. You need to be able to synthesize these ideas into a working theory with purpose in order to attract the opposite sex. It's not good enough to work out, you need to be able to understand how and why certain behaviors work on women in order to attract them. If you're physically fit and have no game and no understanding you're still at a disadvantage.

So it's basically true, but we shouldn't talk about it because it hurts women's feelings (or more accurately, it educates men to be more cautious of women, which women are terrified of).

We all decide together And what if it's something one or two participants really isn't interested in but submit just to appease the group? It happens all the time. Why is getting a STEM job easier if you're a woman? Because there's a huge push to get women into STEM and companies are poaching other companies for female engineers, for example. Lots of scholarships for female STEMs. Also, if you're a woman studying STEM, you will have TONS of white knight beta stem spergs who will basically tutor you/do your homework for you. You don't even have to be good at STEM, companies will hire you just because you're a woman. The ONLY reason why there aren't more fem…

Feminists really aren't fighting for more egalitarianism in those fields for men though (because feminism is a self serving movement by and for the benefit of middle class white women). The biggest problem is that women are ambiguous as fuck. Whether it's trying to pick up on whether she likes a guy or wants to sleep with a guy, you're supposed to pick up on subtle cues, as if men are mind readers. Women will never outright say, 'lets have sex'.

Of course they're not, but the drive to have sex with as many women as possible is a very strong drive in men. Women vote and are more politically active. That's why you see due process for men going away in sexual assault cases in college. Let me rephrase that actually, it's actually WHITE women who have the disproportionate amount of power. You can see this because rape is actually a bigger problem outside of the college campus setting, but it mostly affects poor and minority women more in those areas. Which is why white women don't really give a shit about that.

Men have the desire to start a family too, especially when they get older. Yes, many low class alpha men father children out of wedlock. Eric Clapton actually got tired of sex after fucking 6000 women. And some high SMV men are actually betas on the inside and their SMV stems from their fame/looks. No, a male 9 is going to keep fucking 6's and above. Think of it from the male 9's point of view: 1) He has to keep the bitch happy. That's extra work. A female 10 is used to having men wait on her hand and foot. They're high maintenance by default. 2) He doesn't get to fuck around. Less variety. Remember, the male sexual imperative is to spread his seed around.

More experienced = better at sex Not necessarily. Attractive women don't have to put much effort into sex because they know they have a line of men who want to fuck her even if she 'dead starfishes' it. Also, more partners = less likely to be able to pair bond and higher chance of divorce.

What? I think TRP makes those distinctions, they complain about the alpha criminal all the time and make it a point to never aspire to be that type of alpha, while the alpha that has total control over his life is what is aspired to be.

There are a shit-ton of jobs in trades (i.e. plumbing, welding, car mechanic, electrician work, high tech manufacturing, etc.). Massachusetts has had great success with vocational schools, some students are getting $50-$60k jobs right out of high school. The waiting list to get into these schools are long and there are way too few vocational schools in the nation as a whole to meet demand. Yes, it is the fault of feminism. Our entire educational system is centered on girls, not boys.

Women don't care Read the article above where women are crying about being single and preying on other women's LTR's.

Why does a woman have to choose between having fun as a young person and finding a husband? More importantly, why does it matter to you if I find a husband or not? This will be shocking to you, but men have a choice as well, it's not a one sided thing. Many men do not like having a LTR who slutted it around (especially if they themselves were left out in the cold while they were young). Men also prefer younger women. I personally don't care if YOU find a husband or not, but it is an interesting …

Collapse of male-dominated industries such as manufacturing aren't anything to do with feminists and why so many men can't find work.I see it as a tragic consequence of advances in technology. I agree that women see it as important that their marriage partner have a good job, which makes things extremely hard for those men without good, steady jobs and careers. It has everything to do with feminism. 1) The college gender gap is at all time highs 2) Public schools are dominated by women, there ar…

Oh... so you completely ignored the 2 studies i posted in the OP, and just went for the anecdote underneath. BP lives in a bubble.

I think it should be a woman's choice, but it would be better if women could make INFORMED choices as to choose either a long term commitment or a short window for 'having fun' and being independent.

There have been numerous stories about this phenomenon. PSA: Look at the 2 studies i posted above. You have to be out there if you think women don't have a harder time with LTR's/marriage than before. You and the rest of BP do a huge disservice to women.

Your reality is that of a completely different planet than mine. Obviously, mine is backed up with facts, yours with wishful thinking. http://www.wsj.com/articles/SB10001424052748704409004576146321725889448 http://inthesetimes.com/article/2526 http://www.independent.co.uk/news/so-where-have-all-the-men-gone-1243474.html Check the dates of these articles. Along with Manchildren, sexodus, MGTOW, the rallying cry of modern women is 'where have all the good men gone?' You're damn right that our real…

You do realize that 'the other side' complains about this too, but they're called 'manchildren' instead and the idea of the manchild came WAY before MGTOW/Sexodus/Whatever label you want to call it, right? Even conservatives were complaining about this and calling on men to 'man up'. What you're arguing goes against reality.

Young women need some sort of 'scared straight' programs that they use for youth at risk for becoming criminals, but instead of busing them into prisons, they need to make the rounds of some 30/40 something spinster catladies that threw their youth away.

So you are saying that a fringe idea that just about nobody has ever heard of has this major impact? What, men opting out of society? That's hardly a fringe idea. Are you going to argue that hetero-women are NOT having a harder time finding someone to marry than before?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/01/15 10:30 PM

I disagree. Plenty of women go their own way. Do you know what they talk about. Their hobbies. Red wine. The TV show scandal. More women put having a successful marriage than men do and that trend is increasing for women/decreasing for men. Hating men has created a lot of lonely cat ladies. Be careful what you wish for.

Women being attracted to money/power/status is so uncontroversial that you'd have to be an idiot to deny it. Now watch some moron dig up an example of being attracted to low status unattractive dirt poor nerdy guy and say, 'aha! This is PROOF that women aren't like that!'.

Only in the fact that one may be a short term affair and the other long term. But it's still the men doing the pursuing and women doing the choosing either way.

sex negative feminism encourages monogomy. No it doesn't, sex negative feminism discourages male sexual strategy/shames male sexuality while leaving female sexual strategy intact. All that does is leave alphas with soft harems because alphas are unaffected.

That doesn't sound any different at all? Modern women get dicks thrown at them all day long. They choose the most desirable dick to be with.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/15 02:30 PM

Lots of people use 'alpha' and 'beta' to describe men, but the definition is usually a bit more broad (alpha being desirable men, beta being undesirable) while TRP is a bit more specific (alpha being high status men, beta being provider men). It's been used to describe the animal kingdom for a long time, as well as men.

I don't think that really counts unless he was really specific like actually saying something like 'alpha fucks/beta bucks'.

Redpiller as in he was a self declared red piller, or an alpha criminal who you interpret as being redpill?

Only a small minority of men can be 'Multigamous' though, whereas many women can act out their Hypergamy (really, they go hand in hand).

The reasoning is the difference. If you decided to stop pursuing women because you feel you have better goals to attend to, that's as independent as anything. The reasoning, it seems, that the sexxodus is laughable to me is that the men partaking in it clearly don't want to try. Being a 'strong independent woman' is just rationalization for being an over the hill spinster. Women lie more.
