Sorry that you're having trouble. Finding a good therapist or a men's group/circle could be helpful. But I also understand that people can be unreliable, even well-intentioned ones. Have you explored concentration meditation much? You may wish to explore this, as going into deep levels of concentration can be very blissful experiences. Perhaps a healthy alternative to drugs.

It's called having your own values. It's not dictating your sexuality based on what others want, but what feels in alignment with you. It requires honest reflection, because not only are we inundated with pressure from the opposite sex (or whomever you're attracted to) but also so many cultural messages from media, community, and religion, that it can be hard to really discern what feels best for your body and your heart.

There are many men’s groups available online. Definitely think that space would be valuable for your husband and your relationship. It’s too much to only lean on each other.

Gotta love yourself man! Easier said than done, but the more you practice unconditional self love the better you'll show up in all parts of your life. At the end of the day, there is no one you have to be, nothing you have to do, to be worthy of 100% self love. We only create these artificial standards in our mind because we falsely think that's the way to m…

Man this elaboration is lovely. It speaks to something I feel but haven’t exactly put into words. Thank you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
