Same age, same thing here. I don't think it's necessarily an age effect, but also an effect that comes after being successful with women and realizing that this is not a magic pill to happiness. This. Plus, you need to take some pressure off yourself. There shouldn't be such a huge mental gap between "normal life" and "approach time".
