There is always something interesting that you can take from even shitty news like this. It is a great example of a number of things; a rich prince who thinks he is alpha, but spending $1 million a night on someone who in their own culture is a whore. An example of how her net worth translates into something different when it leaves the confines of our culture.

Getting high can be great for getting things done. I love a smoke before spending an hour or two completing various jobs around the house, It makes the whole process more enjoyable for me. I think its more so down to the person, lazy people are going to be lazy regardless of getting high.
