This is happening to me right now. I'm struggling to move on even with interest from others, just feels a little like I'm in limbo. I'm going to try and call her tomorrow and gauge the situation.

I was tempted to take her to comedy club, a guitar evening I play at or a pub quiz (we wouldn't be alone). Other than that I don't know what to do....

I'm thinking of asking a girl on a lunch date, all the responses in this thread are making me think I should just ask her to dinner instead. I want to get to know her rather than imply I just want to sleep with her.

This is exactly what I do on a regular basis. It's very easy to see what I'm doing wrong, but I still do it. I put this 'one' girl on a throne above all other girls, then I fuck it up because I turn them and our thing in my head into something that its not. In fact I'm doing it not with a girl I work with who I think I have a crush on, and cannot consider that she doesn't have a crush on me to. I'm only doing it to get over the last 'one' girl. It's getting frustrating now, and I need to sap out…
