| 1 | Am I getting screwed ?on what legal grounds is she claiming to sue you for divorce? unless she has grounds to dissolve the marriage (as marriage is a business contract), she can demand what she wants but she ain't gonna get it. unless she has proof of you violating the terms (each state is different, so you need to find out for your state what the legal grounds are to petition/sue for divorce).
