5	I just started lurking on this sub, but is it for me? Looking for a short cut? Are you lazy? As in just read books 2 and 5 and then you will be done? It's not a particularly long list of books and material. Start lifting and ready each and every book in turn. You need them all. Don't skip on anything. 5	Which weightlifting program to start, already in shape. 5x5 for me too. Was in good shape thanks to running marathons and ultras. Downloaded app, watched videos and just did as it told me. Must watch form. If there is no one to check for you then video yourself and check. If form is off as the weight increases you’ll get injured. I know this from own experience. 2	Want a LTR, plates too distracting Similar situation married 9 years, together 14 but your ahead by 5 months. No one here is going to tell you what to do. If you want an LTR have one. Surely you would be starting one in your frame and without any beta baggage? So it will be on your terms from the start.
