yeah, I understand the importance of someone’s sense of individuality, in whatever way they express, but nothing stays the same, and you might have to come up off it if you’re willing to commit to someone.

I guess some people will get into relationships and do whatever tf they want regardless. If I cant even make a suggestion in a relationship typically built on compromises from both sides, it probably won't work. I see thirst traps as single behavior, as if they're casting bait to fish. Once they're taken, they already caught a fish, so they should go home and eat now. Come back the next day(end of relationship) and fish again. Who they 'were' when I met them isn't who they 'are' now, in the rela…

well, if u are capable of allowing urself to be introspective, they can maybe help you find relief from it or find clarity in a mental battle, but most of that work comes from within, and usually without substances. I would smoke first if u were to do either at some point, it’s easier to handle.

You could say “stupid” is a slur too at that point, a handful of women who don’t believe that a woman could possibly agree with a man on a subject without “choosing sides” shouldn’t be given such credit, just like dudes on here crying about women all day.

For anyone who needs/wants this, more power to you. Can’t understand why this shouldn’t be an option for people that others don’t want to be with anyway. You want them to be single and lonely until they die and be ok with it?

More like it goes without saying for things like that lol. Like me saying I’m hungry and then u telling me there’s children hungrier in another country. It doesn’t need to be said, and mentioning it has no benefit to the discussion

Honestly, I end up debating in non debate subs too, I’m just tryna make my brain bigger in the end bro. Asking anybody who feel some way why, asking someone for sources so I could research more, stuff like that. A lot of arguing is pointless, but to me an argument without a purpose is just a discussion, so in reality it’s always worthwhile to learn something new, or take a diff perspective into account.

Yo, are u equating improving certain aspects of urself to pretending to be someone u aren’t? It was what I noticed, but what makes u think that?(if I’m correct) Being nice to a girl when u first meet so she’ll date u and then being an asshole 6 months in would be a front u put on. Working on being less of an asshole to people and then getting into a relationship is not so disingenuous

It’s definitely been a thing that’s been stated in this sub by women, talking about how some women have extremely overbearing parents during HS, and going to college is a new level of freedom to explore a side of them that’s been suppressed for a hot minute. I would say this is relatable, as well as reasonable (to those that can understand the concept). I was friends with a girl last semester (we both 20) who was Asian, and had such overbearing parents during HS, I think she coulda been a nun ev…

Yea fs, I think it’s a better foot forward to understand ur own situation. Do u think this mindset benefits u long term though? (I’m not saying it does or doesn’t)

So u went from asking for advice, to receiving advice, to then denying the advice and deciding to put the nail in the coffin.. How u come to this conclusion bro?

So then we won’t assume it’s a level playing field. But how many average workforce men do negotiate their salary, or work harder in verifiable ways than women in the same fields doing the same tasks?

Didn’t u just essentially say that the only reason they want it is the reason they want it? Y would women realistically get paid less for the same job? Perhaps there are jobs more suitable for guys to do, but an office job with a 7:3 ratio of men to women due not to the lack of effort of women, but the lack of opportunity of women isn’t excusable.

I mean relationships have a lot to do w compromise, and they basically always will. If FDS women believe that relationships r inherently detrimental to women unless it’s the top 20%(or whatever number it is) of men that can provide for them, I’d wonder y she was with me rn. Perhaps it’s compromise, or maybe her thoughts and actions might be governed differently in her mind? And certainly, some guys have ulterior motives going into relationships, and when they figure out that a woman isn’t the ty…
