| 1 | In 2000, the number of countries with legal gay marriage was 0. In 2023, it is set to become 37 and counting. What are your thoughts on this evolution from a Men's Rights perspective; do you think it benefits men and the movement, and do you support it as Men’s Rights Activists or not?Marriage is a legal contract recognised by the state. It gives people certain rights and protections. It can obviously be problematic in regards to divorce (as we see so often in this sub) but marriage goes far beyond having children. | /r/MensRights | 25/07/23 08:05 PM |

Suicide rates amongst men are horrific and this may well have reduced them. | /r/MensRights | 25/07/23 07:10 PM |
| 13 | Jail timeEven the most cursory of internet searches show that this is false. https://www.legislation.govt.nz/act/public/2002/0009/143.0/DLM136497.html Whilst there are clearly sentencing disparities between men and women, lying about them like this helps nobody. | /r/MensRights | 11/05/23 07:55 PM |
| 18 | UK: Man, 32, gunned down in double shooting had 'just won bitter custody battle for his son'Firearms are perfectly legal and accessible if you have the permits which generally aren't all that difficult to come by. There have been several shootings and even some mass killings with legally armed guns in the UK. However, I have no idea whether the gun used here was lawfully obtained or not. | /r/MensRights | 31/03/23 03:11 PM |
| 7 | JK Rowling is upset about women "losing private, womens only spaces". Just like all the men who lost every single private space when feminists said male only gym nights or support groups/etc were sexist & had to accept women in..... JK Fail.Women's changing rooms can have male cleaners too. Women are far more likely to be cleaners though. We have a male cleaner at my work who cleans the women's toilets. complimenting me on my weight loss progress is half the reason I’ve persisted this long without quitting Gz on the progress, brother. | /r/MensRights | 24/12/22 03:18 PM |

JK Fail.I think you're overstating this case a little. Most of the current outrage is about single sex toilets/changing rooms/refuges. I can't remember the last time I saw a woman in the mens locker room at the gym. Edit: that's not to say that there aren't some hypocrites, there clearly are but my above comment still stands. | /r/MensRights | 24/12/22 03:08 PM |
