If she comes up and says hi you should still be polite and say something like "oh shoot gotta run, talk later". Who knows? She might come around looking for you instead. If you approach a lot then delete her number. For me, I like to borrow the SimplePickup trick and put a "z" in front of her name in my contacts list.
