Actually the rest of the night was pretty innocent, we made out for about 20 mins at the bar, then she got her friends and left. She said she worked on an oil rig and they were leaving in a bit because they had to catch their boat at 1 am.

Wow, interesting but there's a lot I disagree with here. First, the muscles thing.... way blown out of proportion. Women are not that into "muscles" as you presuppose OP. And the reason women like them is not because they are "manly", it's because they're proof of good health, and thus good genes and that any offspring she has will have those good genes. Nice man, I'm a huge fan of visualization. My problem with this though is fundamentally you're still making value judgements, which imo is wrong. I personally try to see value in everyone. So try this, instead of visualizing her, you or anyone else, visualize your fear and you conquering it! Good luck!

Well I knew a few guys in college that were heavy and massive pimps, one guys name is Omar, but i didn't think you'd know them. They had status, it wasn't their wealth... In a book called "Prometheus Rising", the author coins a phrase, " What the thinker thinks, the prover proves". You think looks matter, therefore you consciously look for evidence for it, when in fact there is no mechanism, no reason why women would want a pretty guy.

Something I'd like to add here. If you are attractive and you base your self esteem on your hawt looks/six pack or whatever, you have to realize that you are not your body and that looks are temporary. What happens when six pack guy gets old, fat and bald, what then? Also, another thing about looks is that you're subtly comparing yourself to other guys, and that's always a loosing proposition. Please don't base your game on looks guys.

I just going to throw out a reframe here: I'd stand out very very easily as a loner.... No conversation opportunities at the bar I came out by myself to make new friends, I haven't seen anyone I want to talk to and offer value. There are other in there but you get the idea. Personally I think you were letting external situations affect your internal state. I'm no expert but I think it should be the other way around.

Buenos Aires imo. The most insanely agressive men in the world and one of the best club scenes in the world. Also the women are like all 10's. The good news is their language is so sexy your blowouts won't feel too bad.

Just as funny imo is how relative and irrational our fears are. IAmTheOmNom up top has a or has had trouble with the K-close, something I never really even thought of fearing. I'm sure there are people out there with Kino fears and other fears that I can't even imagine.

Ya man, there's a part in "The Blueprint Decoded" where Tyler basically says that you're success with this is really dependent how how many paradoxes you can hold in your head at any given time. Since studying this stuff, I've come up with soo many it's not even funny.
