Basically the judge's ruling was that there was enough evidence for them to say what they did. Not necessarily that it was true in the criminal legal sense. I subscribed a while back after the last "trp is full of asshats" fiasco I read. I decided to see for myself, and while some of the opinions here may be a bit extreme and, to me at least, incorrect, there's plenty I agree with and know to be true from personal experience.
