Any man who calls marriage a scam clearly isn't a part of a successful, happy marriage. It's not a scam for men. It's a scam for whoever makes the most money. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 30/12/21 12:40 AM
Based on my experience women don't seem to value "intelligence" as an attractive traitBeing interested in intellectual topics =/= listen to you talk about your niche interests | /r/PurplePillDebate | 27/12/21 04:34 AM
Surely its common sense that girls like physically attractive men. Is it a lack of empathy or ability to see it from the other side that allows men to be totally blind sided?FDS is a bunch of extremists and does not represent the average woman. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 26/12/21 03:17 AM
Surely its common sense that girls like physically attractive men. Is it a lack of empathy or ability to see it from the other side that allows men to be totally blind sided?Women aren't a monolith. Like men, some lie and some don't. When men go on dates and women ask them what they are looking for, it's very rare for a man to say "someone attractive." They will do what everyone does, and talk about personality traits they like. This is just a common human thing. I, (as everyone should) just assume that looks and attractiveness are a given and don't need to be mentioned. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 11:08 PM
Surely its common sense that girls like physically attractive men. Is it a lack of empathy or ability to see it from the other side that allows men to be totally blind sided? It's normal. Women, like men, have preferences. You don't have a preference for what your partner looks like? Because most humans do. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 11:01 PM
Surely its common sense that girls like physically attractive men. Is it a lack of empathy or ability to see it from the other side that allows men to be totally blind sided?Of course not, and I'm always surprised how many folks are surprised by that. Being on this sub made me realize how many people were told looks don't matter as they grew up and took that literally. A good argument can be made for being honest with kids about relationships. Gentle, but honest. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 10:42 PM
Surely its common sense that girls like physically attractive men. Is it a lack of empathy or ability to see it from the other side that allows men to be totally blind sided? It's not deep or not deep. It's just how it is. And let's not forget that looking like a Calvin Klein model doesn't mean someone is uninteresting or unintelligent. People's personalities don't get better or more interesting as looks go down. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 10:40 PM
Surely its common sense that girls like physically attractive men. Is it a lack of empathy or ability to see it from the other side that allows men to be totally blind sided?Obviously now i realize women dont give a fuck about personality, Of course they do. It's that no one, not men or women care about just personality. Personality is important for happy, successful, long term relationships. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 06:43 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all. You're not being used if you want it to happen. You just want someone to have sex with, which is fine, but it that case you aren't getting used for sex. You're just having casual sex. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 06:06 AM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.I think ignored vs unwanted attention is very different from ignored vs used for sex. Being used for sex is not comparable to unwanted attention. These aren't interchangeable things. And just as a side note, if you want the attention it's not unwanted attention any more. It's wanted attention. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 06:04 AM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.Ok, how is that relevant to OP saying being used for sex is better than being alone? This sample of individuals is upset about a lack/loss of attention. No one is wanting to be used for sex. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/12/21 12:46 AM

Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.I am absolutely ready to be used for sex. I guess you can’t really lie to me because you don’t need to. That’s fair. But I am 100% down for whatever you’re describing. My DMs are open. You want to be hurt? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 09:38 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.If that something you're fine with I don't think that really falls under the umbrella of being used, not the way people usually use that phrase. Being used is a phrase that usually implies that you were hurt and manipulated. If you want someone to hook up with and don't care that they lie to you and happily have causal sex, you're not really getting "used." Most people that complain about being used, the people OP is referring to are left feeling hurt and empty. They aren't out hoping someone li… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 09:00 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all.I don't think a most qualified source for something like this exists. It's going to vary person to person. OP wants this to happen, so I hardly think that would qualify as being "used." Being used for sex means you were lied to and/or manipulated. This usually results in some pretty deep emotional scars for people. If two people agree to have meaningless sex, neither is getting "used." It's just friends with benefits or hooking up. So yes, being alone is worse than having a casual sexual relatio… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 24/12/21 08:41 PM
Being " used for sex " is much better than being a virgin and not being used at all. You're confusing two separate things. You're saying you want to have meaningless sex with a woman. You're not saying you want to be "used" for sex. Being used for sex implies that your partner is lying about their intentions with you and stringing you along and manipulating while you suffer emotionally. Being used for sex means you get hurt. It means you're dealing with some pretty rough emotional pain. Perhaps the men aren't betas, but TRP doesn't want to acknowledge that there is another way. It's a common cult strategy. | 3 | What makes a 'Stacy'? What makes a 'Chad'?And yet again I never said that guys don't do that too. My point still stands looks are really the thing that men should prioritize above all else to win women. Hey, I don't disagree. But good personality (for both) is what will lead to a long and happy relationship. Now my experience is anecdotal, but most handsome men I've met have normal personalities and crack jokes too. If two women approached you, both very interested in you, one is one of the most beautiful women you've ever seen, the other a slightly overweight brunette with fogged up glasses and lopsided tits, who are you going to give a "chance" to first? | 1 | What makes a 'Stacy'? What makes a 'Chad'?They always say it's the inside that counts, yet what they do suggests otherwise. A lot of people say that, not just women. One shouldn't take everything people say literally. It's common sense that everyone, men, women, everyone wants a partner they are physically attracted to. But again, this is common sense! | 2 | Question for women: of these two infidelity scenarios, which is worse for you?Which emotional aspect is it? Because if you remove romantic love, close friendships aren't so different from romantic relationships. And in scenario 1 if romantic love isn't there, and there is no intention of doing anything physical it's a close friendship, and you sound jealous/controlling telling your wife she's not allowed to have a close friendship with anyone but you. I bet if you replace the man in scenario 1 with a woman you wouldn't have an issue with it. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/12/21 02:36 PM
Question for women: of these two infidelity scenarios, which is worse for you?Isn't it only emotionally cheating if she's in love with him? Otherwise, getting emotional support from someone other than husband is just friendship. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/12/21 09:13 AM
Question for women: of these two infidelity scenarios, which is worse for you?Wait, so is the assumption that she didn't want to have sex with the guy? In which case it's a friendship? What's wrong with scenario 1 if there's no intention of doing anything physical? I would also say, people cheat, physically and/or emotionally (usually) because of their own issues. You could provide all the emotional support in the world and still get cheated on. Emotionally healthy people would talk to you or just leave the relationship, not cheat. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/12/21 08:51 AM
Question for women: of these two infidelity scenarios, which is worse for you? That's a big deal to me, and the one thing I wouldn't ever be able to get over You'd get over your wife dating another man, buying him gifts, holding hands, and being emotionally intimate while lying to you about it? | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/12/21 08:37 AM
Question for women: of these two infidelity scenarios, which is worse for you?I mean if he's going on real dates (intending to eventually have sex) while in a relationship that's cheating and worse than 2 cause he keeps doing it. But...if he doesn't intend to have sex then it's not that big of a deal. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/12/21 08:34 AM
Question for women: of these two infidelity scenarios, which is worse for you?2. 1 seems like a close friendship. You never mention that he loves her or has romantic feelings for her so I'm gonna assume he doesn't. If he did, still 2, but they would both be a deal breaker. If there is no emotional connection with the woman, and he's willing to risk our entire relationship for some meaningless sex? Tells you how much he cares about me. In one he at least cares enough not to cheat. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 14/12/21 06:25 AM
What country is the most "pro-men" when it comes to marriage laws? That's a myth. When custody cases go to court, it's pretty balanced. The vast majority of cases are decided outside of court. They worked on their farms just as hard as men, as servants, shopkeepers, cooks, maids, secretaries, and in factories (also in very large numbers) post industrial revolution. Poor women have always worked. Aristocratic women were the ones that tended not to work. Women worked, they just had no rights and were paid less. Is this something that you genuinely want for yourselves?Well divorce rates are going down, and the fact that women file doesn't mean the men were happy in those marriages. People change over the years, sometimes they start to want different things. Women (and men) don't just want commitment and monogamy and nothing else. Everyone has different things they want from marriage/their partner outside of just monogamy. At the end of the day it's just a legal contract, and there's no reason to stay in a marriage if you are not happy. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/09/21 04:58 PM
Is it wrong for a woman to want to wait before having sex/stay a virgin now?I would try to not forget that only a certain type of woman is gonna be posting on these kinds of subs. Like 40% of this sub is FDS. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 25/09/21 10:39 PM

CMV: When young women have it harder in life, men have an easier time dating them.Dating apps and social media have not made it so a man can't get a foot in the door with average women. That is false. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/09/21 07:12 PM

CMV: When young women have it harder in life, men have an easier time dating them. The rest are 40y.o. virgins. I think this may be a trend in your social group more than something widespread. 81% of men have been married by age 40- cdc stats. And that's marriage, it doesn't include having a relationship or sex. Social media didn't even exist the way it is now for these 40 year old virgins in their 20's. https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/products/databriefs/db19.htm | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/09/21 07:09 PM
CMV: When young women have it harder in life, men have an easier time dating them.Social media has and will change society, yes. But to say average men can't get a foot in the door with average woman is not true. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/09/21 06:30 PM
CMV: When young women have it harder in life, men have an easier time dating them.the average man simply cant even get a foot in the door with the average woman. Me, thinking about the fact that every average man I know is married or in a serious relationship. Guys, social media and tinder are not real life. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/09/21 05:33 PM
