Hey, Just posted mine before seeing yours, and it looks we have a similar problem. I read so much about motivation being nothing compared to discipline, yet it seems so hard to keep on track. Supposedly we only have a limited amount of willpower in a day to help us make the right decisions, so a way to stay on course is to somehow make all the correct decisions in advance. Would like to know what your thoughts are on this.

I found Gorilla Mindset to be pretty good on the whole - his thoughts on the concept of mindset, positive affirmations, mantras etc are all really interesting. I picked up the book before going through the D&P podcasts, and I can see there's a lot of overlap there, but I prefer to read things really.
