There’s a lot of reasons, that being one. It’s not just in schools where men are punished for defending themselves. That’s all part of the socialization of men in society.

They think that “diversifying” (also known as being racist and deliberately excluding people) will increase public interest. In reality, what they fail to realize is that the majority of the domestic audience of action movies, in this case Pirates, tends to be white men. This is why movies like Ghostbusters (2016) fail miserably. You can’t actively attack your target audience and then expect them to turn out.

I like how they are freaking out. The law says that there cannot be more than 60% of just one gender being appointed. So why are they surprised when they appointed 69% women? Isn’t the argument for feminism equal representation and treatment? Shouldn’t they be applauding the fine for keeping up with that standard? After all, the road goes both ways.

The issue is not that Depp has lost his roles in my eyes. They both abused each other it would seem. But why then is she allowed to continue with her career (and even be championed for it!) given that she is equally guilty? Do you see the double standard? The justice system is historically more lenient on women. If you’re curious, read this study on the matter, it’ll do a better job than me.

She threw a bottle at him and it took the top of his finger off. She admitted to hitting him. She purposefully ruined his career. Despite that, she has lost nothing while he has lost everything. A double standard, no? Call me a man-child for pointing out inequality? Get the hell out of here- you’re part of the problem. You cherry pick when to fight for “equality.”

Do you even know what’s going on between Amber Heard and Johnny Depp? Men’s issues matter and if you don’t like that then you are a sexist and may leave the subreddit.

Cut out the fluff and just call yourself a sexist, then.

As a side note, this article was written by an Amber Heard supporter who thinks she’s the victim. Isn’t it funny how society tells men that we shouldn’t be afraid to speak up about abuse and mental health yet absolutely berates us whenever we do?
/r/MensRights30/11/20 08:53 AM

Huh, well then this must text scenario must happen often lol
/r/PussyPassDenied03/11/20 08:40 AM

I feel like I’ve seen this picture before. I find it funny some just can’t understand or grasp that men can have insecurities too.

“You’re inherently violent” woman spits on and hits man And that’s on modern social warriors.

Same in the US. Women are always the victim and can do no wrong. Women’s rights are the only ones that matter and pushing for attention to male issues is considered wrong because “men have always been the oppressors and don’t need help.”

Yep those women are the reason no man should support radical or even any feminism. They clearly and truly hate men so their concerns and woes will never be acknowledged by me.

Ah, yes. The 21st century- what a great time to be a male. When else could you be systematically discriminated against and then also be told your entire gender is the problem?

Well this man didn’t donate sperm earlier- they took it from his dead body. Is that okay to you?

Let me ask you, would using a woman’s dead body for reproductive purposes be disrespectful?

Umm... anything but what they did? He’s dead- so no kids. That’s how it usually goes. It’d be like using a dead woman’s egg cells without her prior consent in life. Saying you want kids in life doesn’t mean you agreed to have your body desecrated after death like that.

You just copy and pasted a comment to make it a post 😂 actually based on the age of the account that posted this I think it was the same person. This sub is so dead alternate accounts are posting lol.

You’re missing out on the life experiences and knowledge of potentially 50% of the population. It’s a shame you live such a closed-off life in what could be the most open era in human history. You’re missing out.

Enjoy being single then. That mindset won’t get you many long-term relationships.

This is true, actually. The same is true for men, hanging out with “the boys” is always a different experience than with a mixed-gendered group. Women, understandably, also have a special relationship with a group of just women. BUT a woman can be friends with a man and vice versa. There is no need to make such a negative assumption.

Haha you keep telling yourself that, nobody believes you. This story in your head never happened- posting it on reddit makes it no more true. If it somehow is the truth (doubtfully), then he’ll break ties with you once he finds a woman who respects him.

Haha what you said makes no sense. You certainly must be a troll. Men have plenty of purpose that doesn’t involve women. In fact, a woman is typically only something to pursue after your life has a defined direction. Where is your source for the claim that men feel depressed while with women? Maybe they feel depressed because they’re with women like you 😂 Funny, men are usually the ones that emotionally support women and feel sorry for them because women get periods and are more emotionally unst…

Islam is the only religion beneficial religion for women? You speak like a woman who has never lived in the Middle East under the yoke of oppressive Islamic rule- where women are beaten by their husbands, stoned in the streets, and forced to wear clothing that men tell them to. If a religion was as strict and overbearing as that you women wouldn’t have the right to say what you just did. Be thankful you live in the liberal West. Your life is easy compared to the struggles of those women- you kno…

Dear men: A woman who doesn’t take care of herself wont be able to take care of her future kids or you in a time of need. Don’t date or marry her. You’re allowed to not spend money and time on her “natural state.”

This subreddit is a monument to how women are the architects of their own misery. It’s a festering cesspool of hate against men who could care less about you. Men are not miserable as a whole- but your hatred of them makes you sound miserable.

Women are way more taxing than men when it comes to “emotional labor.” Women are a constant emotional chore. They feed off of sympathy and support and have a thirst for it always. Every month women have periods where all they want is to push you away but also want you to be so supportive. A main role of a male in the modern relationship is to provide this to her- and it is thankless. You just have to deal with her problems and realize and accept that her emotions are out of her control and some …

I don’t understand what she finds unfair. The men weren’t trying to make her uncomfortable, actually it was the exact opposite. This is the feminist problem, they think it’s everyone else’s fault when in actuality it’s all on her. This is her social anxiety at play. If men can make her uncomfortable because they compliment rings then she isn’t fit for any social contact and should see a therapist.
