Eh, not really a good reason. They were just viewed as the lesser sex some time ago. Earning respect is an understandable sentiment, but not respecting someone solely for being a woman isn't.

Any murderer is not right in the head, that doesn't excuse her actions. But I do agree, if we let ourselves get too hostile about our issues we won't be any better than the current wave of feminism.

I used to work as an assistant teacher at an infant-5th grade childcare facility when I was in highschool until my freshman year of college. I was also the only guy that worked there.
