As I read this, I see a lot of these behaviors in myself. There are times where I will notice my childlike behavior and try to change, but I end up noticing childlike behavior in myself still.

How did you respond to her message the next day?

I drank multiple brews of an Ayahuasca analog, tripping multiple times in a span of about an hour and a half. I stayed high for a good amount of time, multiple times. Initially, there's a feeling of being rushed somewhere. A small hum turns into a deafening ring in my ears, my body feels lighter, and it appears as if I'm looking in a kaleidoscope that is spinning toward me. The visuals become so vivid that it fully encompasses my vision, like a filter that becomes completely opaque. It feels lik…

Because you are on this sub, you're probably aware of the highly detrimental effect of lying to yourself. It took myself multiple attempts to keep away from Adderall, but when I did, I know my achievements are of my very own. Relying on Adderall crippled my confidence. Sure, I got a good score on my exam. Sure, I made this girl want me to fuck her brains out. But could I still do it without Adderall? I couldn't. I had to relearn things, and I could've known the same things sooner. Essentially, i…

There are long term effects of taking Adderall every day. Of other effects, dopamine receptors are down regulated by constant overstimulation. This can explain why you couldn't get out of bed. If your dopamine system was not affected by Adderall, you may have gotten out of bed that day. Further, just one day without Adderall after repeated usage is not an accurate indicator of what life would be like without Adderall after long term usage. Restoring the amount of receptors in your dopamine syste…

The "No :)" at the end is icing on top.

I am currently in a relationship with a male friend where I experience all of these. What can I do to level the playing field?

It may be because the reality you're telling me is so bleak that I don't want to accept it, but are you saying that I am forever a beta and will be susceptible to the alphas in the way described?

What do you mean by don't be friends with women? Couldn't female friends be useful in increasing smv?

I see now. Thanks for explaining that! Could you please provide some insight on covert communication a little bit? Contradictions in my understanding of it may be a sign of not fully understanding the concept.

I don't mean me asking them. I mean them asking me for life advice. I don't want to hand out things for free. Is there a good way to respond when they ask for handouts? I feel as if I give a hard "no" I'd lose social proof.

Okay got it. How could I respond to them asking for life advice?

Could you explain your last 2 paragraphs? How do you get them to say, "I want to fuck you?" What do you mean by ""I was just flirting" bullshit?"

That's interesting. I've come to a very similar effect by assuming all girls are attracted to me, and, by extension, want to date me. *spelling

The context here isn't work. This is in a university library. She and I were hooking up a few months ago, but she currently is dating someone. I'm not sure of how assuming all girls around me not wanting to date me will make them want to date me. Could you explain this to me? Your last sentence implies there will be assumptions made after some point. What sort of assumptions are then made?

I see your point. What sort of things could I have considered to come to a similar conclusion as yours? Do you have any words you could share to help me better understand the idea of investment?

It made a lot of sense. I'll see what I can do!

To better explain my inquiry, I wanted readers to instances of having the girl invest. This idea is still not very clear to me, so I'd like help in understanding it, being able to identify it when the situation arises, and then make use of the situation in a way that pushes the relationship toward more investment from the girl. What do you mean when you say that I can't push my limits? It seems like an opportunity for me to gather information about what I'm trying to consolidate.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
