We don't know anything about this family other than what we were told, maybe the personal in question is quite certain that neither parent cheated, which is why they didn't consider it. I know that my parents would never cheat on each other, so if I thought I wasn't their child, that's not something I would consider.

Also, okay, sure, she's questioning if she's adopted, and the appearance from her description is not out of the ordinary so it doesn't seem like she's adopted, but it's still possible, it happens. I don't see any stupidity, just someone questioning their situation.

MGTOW or men go their own way is the ideology that says that all women are evil and men need to avoid them. General redpill is the idea that women (who the mainstream claim to be disadvantaged, hence feminism) are actually the ones who have more privelage in society, in family and criminal courts, in public perception, etc. While I think that MGTOW obviously has every right to exist, there have been many men that were fucked over by the system, I think it's a very much incel ideology.

I can get the sentiment, if you personally have had some terrible experiences with women and choose not to associate with them, I can respect that, but that, and claiming all women are horrible people etc etc, are completely different.

For sure, I've heard some MGTOW people and it's really obnoxious. They have to make the same vast generalizations about women to justify cutting off all contact with them, as feminists have to to claim that all men are rapists and need to be taught not to rape.

Not necessarily with that last one, it largely depends on what you mean by conservative and what you mean by white supremacist. I could very well argue that all those people who do the "say their name" shtik are actually white supremacists because it makes them feel superior, and because their ideology tells them that black people are so sad and helpless and need to be saved. While at the same time, conservatism, depending on where it's from, means many very different things.
