Yes, of course alone. I walk to people and start talking to them. In most Latin American countries, it is total normal to start a conversation with anybody walking the streets. The way we interact with each other here in the US is bizarre, mostly behind a phone or computer screen these days, total crap. Part of being a high value, confident man is to be comfortable doing things alone- people that need wingmen to approach women and others to always be with them are not confident, secure men.

None. Latin America is by far the best place to find good looking women. Brazil and Colombia are usually rated the best places in the world to meet women.
