what the fuck are you talking about?

My hope for humanity just went down a tiny little notch

It's spelled "quite". You do realize the only thing that's irrelevant is tk hr original comment which shows you have absolutely no knowledge on the subject. But it's the internet, a place where people will argue shit that they are ignorant about because that's what people do on here.

Okay cool I guess that's how you conclude this exchange- good stuff. I can see you've learned nothing. Oh well.

I think you grossly misunderstand why people use the term literally. People, and I'm talking 95%+ people, use it in hyperbolic way. The definition of literally is the opposite of figuratively. However due to ignorance and people being fucking morons, the dictionary definition has been updated to include the hyperbolic meaning of it. This only happened because how widely it was misused.
/r/PussyPassDenied26/09/17 02:17 AM

Right on. Yeah it's figuratively insane that the opposite of a words meaning has been normalized to the point of becoming part of its definition due to nothing but ignorance.

Maybe I'm on crazy pills today. Here's the dictionary definition of figuratively, hopefully this does indeed clear it up for you: adjective of the nature of or involving a figure of speech, especially a metaphor; metaphorical and not literal: The word “head” has several figurative senses, as in “She's the head of the company.” Emphasis Added is mine.

I find it's hyperbole usage kind of moronic because the vast majority of people do not realize that they are attempting hyperbole. The vast majority of people literally think "literally" means "figuratively"*.

Even though this added nothing to the conversation at hand, I'd like to thank you for copy and pasting the dictionary definition of literally.

Unmm, "literally" does not mean "figuratively". In fact they are opposites.

Assuming justovr = justice? So let me get this straight, you are happy these 2 whackos got a long prison sentence only as it relates to men? So let's assume we look up stats and find out men historically would get probation for this. Would you then be happy if these 2 got probation for what they did to this kid? You should be happy they got long prison sentences because they deserved it. Not because it has anything to do with prison sentences for men. I still don't think you get it though. This …

I fail to see how a story of 2 psychopath women torturing their son in sadistic jaw dropping ways has anything to do with men's rights. With your logic, it would be like posting an article about the horrible earthquake Haiti suffered 5 years ago in a Mexican forum with the stated reason "see, other countries have horrible earthquakes too!" (In case you don't know, Mexico just had a devastating earthquake)

The downvotes are like I said, part of the circle jerk. You can be completely logical and even minded and level headed with your comments, but will get downvoted for going against the majority. And in the process you may even get personal attacks and ridiculed. It happens in every sub when it becomes too large because it then begins to lose its base and filled with trolls and/or people who can't think for themselves.
/r/MensRights21/09/17 08:04 PM

You're right, it doesn't have anything to do with men's rights. Just wanted to let you know that, because you will probably be told otherwise in this sub because of the circle jerk that Reddit is.

I really don't give a shit about this
/r/MensRights16/09/17 08:11 PM

No actually it's everybody. I've seen you back and forth with others also on here. And I've seen your downvotes. It's everybody dude, not just me.

Correction: Please replace "you" with "everybody".

I want what you are smoking - because I went back and read it last night and it was clear as day what you were talking about to me and to others.
/r/MensRights15/09/17 03:48 AM

Dude clearly you're being downvoted, I'm just telling you why people downvoted you. So you should go back and read it to see why in retrospect that your position on this seemed clear to most reading it.
/r/MensRights13/09/17 08:47 AM

First I didn't downvote you. Second, go read what you wrote, you gave the impression that you didn't think this was necessary because you didn't even mention it at all.
/r/MensRights13/09/17 06:47 AM

So you don't think there should be 2 hours blocked off for men then? If not, Why is that? Do you think they wouldn't utilize the men only block? Perhaps you're right if this is the case, but I don't know. For men just starting out, feeling very insecure, I know I wouldn't want a bunch of women in there looking at me compared to the other guys. Whether that would happen or not, I think I would prefer a man-only lifting session, hands down. I don't go to lift to meet women- I go to work out.

Of course it has to do with discrimination. That's the whole issue. The scheduling is a byproduct that arose from the discrimination of this policy.
/r/MensRights12/09/17 09:16 AM

Either way, it's discrimination. Discrimination isn't always a bad thing though. But don't tell that to the federal government.

Yep- until a breakdown occurs sometime in the future. One might point to this silly shit as a reason such a breakdown would happen.

Actually if North Korea was their direct neighbor, they wouldn't be enforcing such self defeating policies like this. They are an island and geographically positioned away from any major threats, so they feel safe.

It's all fun and games until a war breaks out, at which point all this stupid nonsense goes completely out the window.

Okay I think after reading this, 2017 is peak 3rd wave feminism. You simply can't get anymore batshit crazy than this. Feminism will now start to slowly fade into oblivion, and historians will point at this crazy shit as when it all started to go bye bye.

By the way, i may not be smart, but I do understand the "state" is the plaintiff. I however assumed you were smart and thought you would have enough sense to see past that common sense and rhetorically understand that this is a case in which someone didn't get hurt. The state didn't get accused of rape. No one did. It kind reminds me of these crazy chicks who "attempt" suicide, but actually have no intent to do it.

Haha "you're not very smart are you" << didn't get past that. Take care random Reddit boy.

Being downvoted because that's how Reddit works. lol
/r/PussyPassDenied29/07/17 02:53 PM

You don't get it. It only went as far as "random black dude". So tell me then, is "random black dude" going to be the plaintiff? Who is the plaintiff for spending 33 years in prison? THERE ISNT ONE
/r/PussyPassDenied29/07/17 02:52 PM

She didn't speed through the school zone, she just told everyone she was going to do so. Remember, she didn't actually accuse anybody in particular, her 3 black men were just vague nobody's. That's the difference here.
/r/PussyPassDenied29/07/17 01:38 PM

I agree with your sentiment. No one got hurt, arrested, or even accused from this. So let's not treat it like something actually did happen.

It isn't? It's treating adults like little children and controlling every little last detail. You love government in your life, that's fine. Just admit it though.

That's basically what I said, but thanks for repeating. Not sure I agree with the lack of upper limit though. That's like saying there is no limit on the tallest man or the fattest man. There indeed is, we just aren't sure of that these values are though.

Men do indeed tend to have higher IQs than women. However they also tend to have lower IQs than women. Women tend to clump up all in the middle. Speaking on averages of course.

See she still has got it all wrong, there is no "privilege", for anyone! Tossing out statistics like they are Halloween candy doesn't mean a damn thing. Everyone in society has their trials and tribulations. In this era we currently live in, the way the culture and laws are as they are, all people have their issues that might have something to do with their race and gender, and those very same people might have benefits that come from that too. Regardless of what this woman says or any of the le…
