Not sure about therapy, but I did good looking loser's approach anxiety program. It helped me get over rejection, being okay with looking like a "creep", and made me more confident. Maybe take a look at that if you need a little bit of guidance.

Good to know there are others like me. Been doing cold approach and going on dates 2-3 times per week via online dating (since cold approach results are still sporadic). Definitely have noticed improvement. I've also noticed my dates go way better when I'm "leveling up" and consistent with cold approach. I'll keell prioritizing approaching girls for now until I have it down.
