Recognize that you are doing it. Catch yourself doing it and correct the behavior. Soon enough it will be habbit to not do those things anymore. All good changes in life take time and its hard to break established patterns. Just do what makes you happy.

I study this in uni. I likely wouldn't tell you to do a 6day PPL routine. Honestly unless you are at a point where you have already had a lot of commitment in the gym you are likely to burn out and be tired and stop working out. Do a 3 day PPL. To start, this will give you plenty of time to recover and help build the habit. Once you stop seeing results from that then transfer to something a bit more intensive with more volume. Im currently utilizing Lane Nortons PHAT 5 day program and im loving …

Thanks! Like everything we teach for self improvement it just takes time and dedication. It's about being the best man I can be:

Body recomp doesn't happen nearly as quick as bulk/cut cycles. Unless you are very new to lifting (before 6mo) than I wouldn't consider it much. Ask yourself, do I want to be leaner or stronger? Then do a dedicated Cut/bulk cycle like the rest of us. Im a huge proponent of Keto for cutting and finding some sustainable diet for bulking. Just try to eat well and unprocessed. Truth is unless you have some sort of endocrine disorder CICO is the way to go. I just love chips and beer so Keto keeps me …

Read, focus, I interpret anxiety as excitement now so redefining it has helped me in a numerous amount of ways.

Focus on yourself right now my dude. Women are great and sure getting laid is fun but when you need to knuckle down and take care of business that's who you have to be. No one in life is going to outstrech their hand and help, we just dont live in a society like that so you are left to your own means. Explore governement health care where you are, call around and see if any local professionals offer low cost services to people who lack money. Take charge of this yourself. I know TRP as a sub tal…

I simply want to be the best version of myself possible. I am here to see how far I can push myself in my hobbies, education, health, self love and satisfaction in life. People come and people go (Including women) Some with be supportive and others will be detrimental in life. We have the utmost responsibility to ourselves to be who we want to be. You only have you in life ever, put yourself first and everything else falls into place.

Just reading his mental state as he put this together I didn't find it useful, I see the validity in your question and in person I think it would have spurred more in depth conversation but with this medium it just seemed mocking. I do understand that that was not your intent though.

Figure out what you want, Do you want to focus on yourself now and building that house to live in for the rest of your life or do you want to date? Personally I understand a lot of what you are talking about and I'm guessing that you just aren't quite being as social as you could be. You are intuitive enough to read body language but haven't quite figured out how to incorporate that into your life. If you want to chase girls commit to that, get your head in the place where going out and meeting …

This, also just because you like her breasts doesn't mean she does. Its the same thing with getting jacked as a dude, aesthetic appeal to keep you around and interested. Fake boobs are awesome.

Holy shit dog, just fuck her. Find her in the kitchen or wherever escallate quickly and hit it right there on the counter top. If she wants kinky give her kinky. Your sex life is likely vanilla and shes is craving something that gets her going a little more. If you are unsure with yourself about if you are assertive enough to do what I just said this is likely even more true. Fuck her hard, then go do something else. You're a busy man.

This I agree with, but part of my problem is that I live with some of them. So half of this is managing that.

I wouldnt say you even loose face. Ive been rejected countless times with people who I still see. Best piece of advice I ever got in regards to this is if you ask and she says no, just pretend like it never happened and move on. Most importantly if you choose to stay friends do not put yourself in the friendzone, specifically speaking do not attempt to fuck her while her friend. Otherwise you are every other orbiter around to boost her value, you dont want to be associated with that crowd. I hav…

Attempting to bring others down shows their own insecurities. Only people with poor frame try to drag people down. I know its hard but you need to let this go. I did and when friends in my group crack jokes at me no one laughs. People can say things all they want but how you react determines if it sticks. In my life they can say what they want but everyone knows who I am and what I stand for and its not a foundation that can be shaken by anyone.

Yea I get what you mean, try just laughing it off. I was reading somewhere that when someone does something to get a reaction and you do nothing it's rather embarrassing. I applied this in my life and it works and socially keeps you on that step above. Next time you see it happening, just laugh. It shows security and knowledge of yourself. The more you react the more their comment shook your foundation.

He's saying that the fact it bothers you shows that you are insecure. People with high self worth don't worry about what others think because they know who they are. It's something every one of us struggles with, I'm no exception. I find myself having to catch these thought processes and work against them in real time by noticing them. Do more things you like, build a reputation that someone can not shake because they cannot shake you. Greatest step in overcoming my depression was realizing that…

Afraid to turn into a looser? Have you read your post? You're at rock bottom now, but I feel you have the want to change. I just talked my friend through something similar to this and he starts school in the fall. Find your local community college, I'm 23 and was in college 3 years and started over completely with no regrets. Apply for admission it's not like they are going to say no. Tell your parents you need their tax information and apply for fafsa, choose your cc as the school. Go in and ta…

Try to dose every 6 months or so with close friends I try not to rely on to much external stuff like that for happiness as I don't want to be dependent on any external substances.

If you can give my any recommendations I would be stoked. I haven't looked at it from the perspective that exhausting my brain can help and by using it in new ways I can help reach that fulfillment.

I just read the first few pages of Mindfulness. Sounds exactly like what I am experiencing. Just like you I have had that realization that I am always wanting that next thing, and what I have is never good enough. Can I ask how you have adapted it? I have always heard of this type of mentality but it seems fleeing to me and Ive always wondered how close people can truly get to abandoning these feelings of discontent.

Depending on the rest of your relationship it seems like you are just acting petty. Individuality is important, I invite people over all the time from college or work and sometimes I smoke sometimes I don't. Sometimes others offer sometimes I do. That is more in response to the gentalman who mentioned he would be more cautious how it came about and happened. Back when I was anti pot when I was younger I did the same thing and actually ended up pushing a decent girl away by applying strict rules …

I agree with you on a quite a few levels and that last tid-bit is a real nugget of truth. I just think as men we should be here to encourage each other, the world is plenty big for all of us to live our lives to the fullest. Even if every man on this sub hit it 100% there would still be plenty of room at the top. With that being said it just confuses me to see so many put others down instead of opening some form of meaningful dialogue. I worked through my anger through talking, I sought the advi…

I feel like quite a bit posted recently has been much more directed to hating women. I came to RP after a failed relationship wanting to learn how to be a better man, I left and stopped reading RP when I noticed that most people just wanted to hate women. It was no longer this exchange of ideas on how to be a better man. In this last year I have found several passions, got my college on track, made a ton of new friends and have helped bury and deal with a ton of my own insecurities. I am not per…

I feel like a lot of red pill has taken a bizarre turn this last year, lots of never trust women attitude. Trp gave me the best gift imaginable, the gift of self importance. In this last year I went from someone with few hobbies to a weight lifter, a skier, a mountaineer, a backpacker and a climber as well as a few other hobbies. My sense of self is phenomenal. My point here being that if you are anything like me women will come and go but you are you. If you really have your sense of self down …

I work retail, my direct mgr won't hold eye contact with me, I honestly feel and know I have full control over where the conversation goes. We always operate in my frame and it's made it pretty easy for me to establish myself. I would lose it laughing if you turned out to be my boss. I can see this being something he would do. On a human level I do enjoy my boss greatly though so it's not like I don't respect him he just doesn't garnish any physical authority over me.

The same way you meet other guys, "hey how's it going in xxxx" then chat, polarize and get a number if you can. Also approach everyone. I didn't take that super seriously but whenever I want to meet someone I do. Simple as that.

Bro, man up. Look at this weak bullshit? Think about all the anxiety and insecurity that you have no doubt been pushing on to her. I learned this lesson when I lost two grandparents in one month. Last I had just like that. A man deals with what he has to, you're not dealing with it your coping and looking for pitty. Reframe your situation as a challenge, push forward, work on you and what makes you happy outside her. I get it man, but Doing what you are doing is the easiest thing you can, dealin…

"Goes shopping with me and goes to an Ivy League school" lol what do you contribute to a relationship other than sex that would merit that? I bet he left because he has better options. I'm just a regular college student and I would have peaced out after hearing something golddiggy like that.

Same person, just my mobile acc. Thanks for the mental picture of what it starts looking like. I've started seeing women as more and more flawed in my daily life. Between running for attention from guys 24/7 to not wanting to ever put effort into themselves. I'm happy to know that I am in the anger phase. I know it's made talking to women easier too as I now look down on them and don't worry about how the interaction will play out. Thanks for helping me realize that.

Im new to TRP, This is how I act socially very often. There is so much to be said for networking, just talking to people and showing interest. Dale carnage talks about it in "How to win friends and influence people" One thing leads to another that leads to another. All because you started talking to someone. Great example right here!
