2	Deciding not to travel abroad: the right motivation/attitude? Thank you! Honestly, we have yet to have an argument in the year+ we've been together because of it. This process really helps to foster an open discussion between us. 2	RPW in the medical profession I'm not often on call anymore, but it happens. My SO is in the medical field (pharmacy work but soon to be taking the MCAT - so proud!); thankfully, we don't have children and understand the hustle and bustle of medical life. Our biggest issue comes from working opposing shifts; he works full time, ten hour days, and I work full time eight/twelve/fourteen hour nights.
