The girl was considered the victim because she was 16 and the guy was 17. That's it. End of story. To think you'd be found guilty of any offence because someone either intentionally or mistakenly sent you something is ridiculous. Well for starters I sincerely hope they didn't actually send their genitals to each other. Sounds painful.
