I think a majority of women that I know are willing to split the bill these days - in fact, I've even offered (and have) paid the full bill myself. But this is because I also didn't want the person to expect 'something else' from me just because they'd paid for my food. However, I do this it's a bit of a put off when I see stuff like 'no gold diggers', or your suggestion of 'I only split the bill' on your dating profile. It reminds me of when women have stuff like 'don't waste my time' and all t…

I've never met a passport bro, so I don't really know if my opinion is valid. But I assume they're really naive as people, to be okay with someone marrying/being with you purely for your passport, nationality and money needs a lot of mental strength. I don't think I have that sort of strength mentally lol

Well there's nothing I personally can do, can I? I'm not a prime minister or president or decision maker. I pay my bills, hope there's lesser competition for jobs and opportunities in my field and better pay, and live my own life.

I think any woman expecting a man to pay for the first date would be okay with raising a child and taking care of the house. They're sticking to the gender roles, why would they complain about having a provider? The ones complaining about this are the ones who would pay for your meal at the date too

Well it's their fault for consuming so much YouTube in the first place - get off the internet if it's feeding you insecurity

video gaming in moderation isnt a problem. No one's going to be upset about playing for a few hours or having a hobby. I had a friend who dated someone who used to game for 6-7 hours daily. Lost his job and continued gaming like crazy. Apparently, he'd shower once in 5 days, since he was engrossed in DOTA 2 and others. His 'squad' had guys similar to this, playing till 3 am, one of them living with his mum (wasn't looking for a job) and would have the mum shouting at him in the background. One o…

....you know something called love exists, right? Companionship would be a benefit. Be it a man or a woman, love is what matters

A lot of women in several cultures find it taboo to use dating apps, while the men from the same cultures dont think this way. That could be one reason

I would want to see someone who goes out with one person at a time. If a guy I'm seeing is hanging out with multiple people including me, I would tell them that I'm not okay with that, and end things. They need to match values

I've seen both good looking and ugly guys acting entitled to sex for absolutely no reason. I think the best way to go about this is filtering people based on personality instead of just looks alone.

I agree, that sometimes dressing up overtly femininely is rare to see. Personally, I just do my own thing and live life. Why do we need role models when we ourselves are the best

Of course, every marriage should be about putting effort into the relationship. We don't have a pre-marital counselling per se, but we are given an opportunity to talk to the person (via text/video call etc) and get to know them for at least 3 months. Its not a snap-snap-get married thing, yknow? So in India, its not about which religion you are - even Christians have arranged marriages, based on which "sect" they are, which are aplenty in each state. Divorces are fine, people do understand that…

I was on the market for an arranged marriage, more than the looks (on both parties) its about how you present yourself to the families on either sides. So a lack of chemistry or attraction doesn't really matter. And divorce isn't rare, sometimes people just arent compatible and they get divorced. Idk about north India but in the south India its pretty normalised

Oh yes, I second this. Look them up on LinkedIn, and see which place they work! confirm on company websites, and international records if they are married

I tried to make pizza from a recipe on Buzzfeed Tasty last night. It was an absolutely disgusting - the bottom burnt off and the top was uncooked. Terrible

With personal experience, an "overbearing" man is precious and perfect. A little clingy, always texting - hell yeah

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
