Just found this subreddit, it is great - Would you guys be interested in an iOS app?Good point. Perhaps the Reddit admins would be willing to work out some sort of hosting deal with him, since it would be helping the community? It's probably a pipe dream, but it never hurts to try... | /r/seduction | 01/02/12 08:46 PM
Just found this subreddit, it is great - Would you guys be interested in an iOS app?Exactly this. For something like a simple database, I don't see why a specific app is necessary. An easily navigable mobile web application would be much more convenient for everyone. The only thing that a dedicated app would do is allow you to access the database when you're in a 3G deadzone. | /r/seduction | 01/02/12 05:10 PM
TwoX hates us so bad, lol. That's an excellent idea. It'd benefit outsiders and community members alike. | /r/seduction | 27/01/12 04:19 AM
Let's play a little game: Reframe the person above you.I wouldn't argue with that. In fact, I'll add racist and sexist jokes to your list with glee. However, I don't think I've articulated particularly well the point I've been trying to convey up until now. Let me rephrase: Jokes are funny because of the rhetorical twist—they build up expectations and then dash them at the last moment. We laugh because there is a disconnect between what we expected and what happened. A sexist joke isn't funny because it's sexist—it's funny because the ending was une… | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 04:53 AM
| -1 | Let's play a little game: Reframe the person above you.Despite your hilarious employment of snark, I'm not under the impression that anyone must await my permission to laugh at a joke. I'm merely stating that to joke about raping someone is offensive and usually in poor taste, unless rape isn't the main focus of the joke (e.g., MonkeySteriods' joke). You're more than welcome to laugh at anything you like, but it won't change the fact that rape jokes aren't cool, especially in this subreddit. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 04:18 AM |
Let's play a little game: Reframe the person above you.Tell me what else you like about me. OR I prefer "unabashedly confident in excess," but I suppose arrogant works too. New: How much do you make? | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 03:48 AM
Let's play a little game: Reframe the person above you.Oddly enough, I don't have a problem with this joke. Perhaps it's because you're not joking about raping someone; you're making a joke about clowns. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 03:40 AM
Let's play a little game: Reframe the person above you.Only if I've recently dropped something. New: I'm not that kind of girl. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 03:16 AM
Let's play a little game: Reframe the person above you.Yeah, but the good news is, I go through life in reverse, so I'm only going to get younger! New: I don't date college boys. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 03:09 AM
Let's play a little game: Reframe the person above you.Rape isn't a joke, bro. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 03:02 AM
Let's play a little game: Reframe the person above you.Because women have a tendency to generalize. New: I'm just here to hang out with my friends tonight. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 02:54 AM
Let's play a little game: Reframe the person above you. It's an acquired taste; she must have been staring at me longer than you have. New: My friends are waiting for me. | /r/seduction | 25/01/12 02:49 AM
Opening a girl who is looking at her phone...That seems playful enough to work. | /r/seduction | 20/01/12 10:01 PM
Opening a girl who is looking at her phone...As long as you're displaying passion while keeping it light-hearted, I think it's irrelevant which stance you take. If she agrees, you can take a more pointed stance against it; if she disagrees and loves Angry Birds, it's a good chance to get a playful neg in, since it's about something mostly trivial. | /r/seduction | 20/01/12 09:41 PM
Whenever I feel approach anxiety, I think of this.I apologize for the non-sequitur, but I can't watch this movie without thinking of the professor on Community who thinks he's in Dead Poet's Society. | /r/seduction | 20/01/12 09:34 PM
Going lone wolf in 2 hours, any quick tips?Best watch out. We got ourselves one of them "internet tough guys" here. | /r/seduction | 27/11/11 06:23 AM
David Foster Wallace on why you give a fuckIf you haven't already, Seddit, read the whole article. DFW is one of the most brilliant, humorous, and eccentric writers of the last couple decades. A Supposedly Fun Thing I'll Never Do Again is loaded with some pretty excellent essays. EDIT: Formatting. | /r/seduction | 20/10/11 01:00 PM
The hardest thing I've ever had to doThings are always easier to deal with if you have people around you. I recently got out of an LTR and started living on my own, and sometimes I'll just go to the grocery store and pick up a small snack, even if I'm not hungry—this gets me out and talking to people. Usually I feel a lot better after merely interacting with someone else. And the most important thing to remember is: no matter how you may feel, you do NOT need a woman in your life to be happy. | /r/seduction | 26/09/11 01:09 AM
