I've dealt with people like this in the past, the key is to hold frame and lead the interaction. Despite what the mods would have you think you cant always run with your tail between your legs. What if Chad 2000 happens to be your coworker, or someone you can't get away from easily? The only solution is to try to lead the interaction as much as possible without being needy or having false confidence. Be the first one to say hi, ask how everyone is doing, etc. Bring positive energy. If he leads s…

I'm in the exact same situation man. 19, back home working, doing stuff with friends, etc. I also haven't had a girl since my LTR like 8 months ago (mostly cause I lost my balls for a while but w/e). Models is a shit book It says at the beginning of the book that he wrote it trying to get men from below average to "average" (or what average should be) and it certainly does that. When I read it I was depressed unconfident etc. The stuff about vulnerability and honesty really helped me and I ended up getting my first girlfriend.

Very true. Looking back, my last LTR ended when it became a LDR and I got in the mindset of "I need to keep her, if I call her a lot it won't end". Surprise surprise, she dumped my ass two weeks later.

Meaning what, exactly? Insult him? Wouldn't that mean I'm entering his frame since he's trying to get me angry?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
