Agreed, however, I'm interested in mostly pursuing full-contact karate with strikes. But, I don't know where to start and want something that actually works. For my current body type, I'm 5'10, 23% body fat, and weigh 85kgs/187lbs, yeah I kinda need to lose at least 10 - 12 kgs of fat and be around 160lbs lean and slim. I'm kinda on the taller side. 3	Have you noticed that even the slightest criticism of women gets met with the term “incel?” Apparently, gay men or bisexual men who disagree with some women on minor issues are also called incels just for simply disagreeing, or not aligning their views on some things.
