Calm down shithead. I'm trying to argue that beauty is subjective. Korean Chad would be ugly in America and vice versa. Christ you're stupid. hot teens And probably a pedophile

The ugly feminine guy would be Chad in Korea.

women will never select for this Women already just select people whom they are told are attractive anyways.

This is seen as creepy/pedophaelic regularly with any male/female couple of the same age difference. Actors get so much shit for it.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/04/19 11:30 PM

Ugh, this kid 16 years younger than me has caught the feels. This would be seen as creepy/pedophaelic if a man did this.

Yes, and realistic sex dolls will come in the near future so it doesn't even matter.

I think the cause of it all is dating apps creating an abundance of men.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 09:15 PM

The fact that more women are having sex than men seems pretty obvious. Why? This is just a recent trend. This is counterintuitive as well since everyone says women have lower sex drives. Do you have stats that sexlessness in men is increasing at a faster rate than sexlessnes in women. The WaPO article.

I think there is a whole host of reasons just piling up really. Obviously it could never be women's high standards. It's all men's fault.

This is the mathematical nature of the search for the best likely option, dismissing a bunch of possibles as not quite good enough based upon the probabilities of the search. The key assumption is they can do better than what they're worth. They are entitled.

What if I told you the people whom I know consume porn the most also have sex the most.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 08:03 PM

(something like 18% to men's 28%?). That is an enormous difference.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 08:01 PM

But male sexlessness is significantly higher than female sexlessness. The reason is women have higher standards than men.

They're more sociable and so can come into contact with men in the real-world This is just false. Women's sexlessness also rose, but it's common knowledge that men desire women more than women desire men (testosterone), so it wouldn't affect them as much as a gender group as it affects men This is the real reason. Women only desire the most attractive men.

40-50% of women watch porn according to my source. (of course fewer women would claim to)

/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 07:45 PM

But men are having sex a lot less than women so if what you said is true that would mean women are less lazy and watch porn less. ffs did you even read the post.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 07:43 PM

Because you aren't a young person and you don't know a lot of these people.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 07:42 PM

Where does it say that?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 07:40 PM

not to mention the stats have been misinterpreted, we just had a post on that like two days ago. Right again the """misinterpretation""" would not explain the gap between males and females.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 07:38 PM

Of course not because you're out of touch with reality.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 07:35 PM

Why are women less lazy/less addicted to porn then? Of course they'd blame it on that because the other explanation is that they are undesirable.

Trust me, I've done these measurements myself online and have seen databases of these measurements.

I think it's a projection of cultural values and expectations of masculinity and femininity on to beauty standards. It's hard to identify exact reasons because it's random in the same way fashion is and changes over time in the same way fashion does.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 07:20 PM

You know ZERO young people but I know a lot of young people. Like I said in the post, even the ones having sex a lot watch porn a lot too if not more (because they tend to have higher sex drives). No one but 1 or 2 I know could possibly be addicted to porn.

They aren't, jaw/chin are smaller, facial bones are softer, obviously eyes are very different. Of course their faces will share the same normal variation of ratios that humans share because we're all human and most humans are under this normal range because that's how it's defined.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 07:15 PM

Except there are actual statistics/studies on cigarette addiction. There are no good statistics on porn addiction. The prevalence of cigarettes doesn't imply addiction, we just know that because cigarettes were proven to be highly addictive.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 07:11 PM
1

This isn't true, just take a look at what Koreans find attractive. They find almost the opposite things attractive. Regardless the vast majority of unattractive and attractive people fit within these universal ratios anyways. The ideal ratios are practically just the range of variation within these measurements.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 07:09 PM

What porn addiction? The existence of porn doesn't imply addiction.

First of all what recent and quick trend in sexlessness? this
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 07:06 PM

Men could always masturbate and whether men watch it every night doesn't preclude them from masturbating. Again everyone had playboy magazines and watching porn doesn't mean you're addicted to it. Addicted would mean you can't stop yourself from watching it.

. We will always be driven by biological impulses. There's nothing biological about women being pickier or beauty standards or even height preferences.

yeah, kids are absolutely addicted to porn. source? Because it’s more available. Everyone's dad had these magazines. Everyone could jerk off.

this is obviously a load of crap, people like JB/zac efron got famous largely because of their sex appeal

Decades ago kids weren’t addicted to them, they were just having fun, it was a treat. Kids are not addicted to porn...young people are not either. Why is it any different nowadays.

I come from a land far away and a time long ago when porn wasn't available other than a sticky paged playboy in the treehouse. If you wanted to see a vagina you had to find the girls, interact with them, overcome your fear of being a dork and hone your game Porn still existed then....if you wanted to see a vagina you just needed to buy an adult film. And this would indicate there is lower demand for vagina when there isn't. Have you ever used tinder? The men on it are very thirsty.

Why do we even care about protecting sex work. It's just preying on male's sex drives.

Are we having the same conversation? I literally have no idea what you meant by what I do everyday. Are you talking about porn or something? You realize so called Chads jerk off to porn all the time right?

I’d be happy to help you by chit chatting or referring you to some helpful resources. Or do you just want to reinforce your delusion that what you are compelled to do everyday is normal? I have no idea what you are talking about. Do what everyday?

Choose to read what you want. That’s how you’ve convinced yourself that your life is normal when it’s really a dark, seedy, den of shame and self-destruction. So many assumptions there. How am I being self destructive or seedy?

No I have no idea how that means I blindly come up with arguments. Brings us back to the point about your lack of reading comprehension skills and engagement in circular reasoning. Confusion and memory loss? huh? Are you a troll or something? EDIT: You seem real based on your post history. Seriously your statements make no sense, I can't believe you're a real person.

What a scientist /s someone willing to make that kind of assumption goes to show how blindly you come up with your arguments ?? lolwut

Not dumb enough to jack off to internet pixels and convince myself my lack of a life and motivation is normal. I can guarantee you I'm more successful than you in life by many metrics. I have no idea what masturbation has to do with anything but I'll let you know it's only something I do when I'm bored. There are many times where I completely forego it if I am busy.

You're dumb as shit. You lack skills of reading comprehension and engage in circular reasoning. I have put barely any effort. Do these responses take effort for you to come up with 😂

I said nothing about video games and I won’t be who you want me to be so you can justify your mental disorder. Which is why I said " It's a standard argument in this line of reasoning." Lol do you know how to read. Men are addicted to porn and it’s ruining their live How many times do I have to tell you, this has always been the case. Porn has always been around but it's only recently that there has been a huge rise in sexlessness. It's not because of porn. Men and women have always watched porn…

It was shown to be not replicable.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 03:20 PM

I didn’t say anything about video games. It's a standard argument in this line of reasoning. Men are addicted to porn; it’s a fact. Porn has been around for decades. Men are not addicted to it, it's just a replacement for sex they can't have. Women watch lots of porn/masturbate a lot anyways. Puritans hate sex. I guarantee I have more of it than you. Are YOU a Puritan? Please don't pass on your stupidity genes for the sake of the human race.

No I mean the science itself was proven to be inaccurate.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/19 03:09 PM

Are you a puritan or something? Why are video games/porn the cause of everything. They've been around for decades but this problem is new. Seriously maybe just think about what you're saying for more than the time it takes you to type these words.

Not really. Women signal openness to being approached; not the same thing. I know guys for whom girls threaten suicide if he doesn't talk to them, try to rape him, etc.

Why do you not agree.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/19 01:59 AM

Why do you think different cultures find different things attractive. Why do you think a lot of the features of Western beauty standards appear on the white facial average, ditto for Asian beauty standards?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/19 01:39 AM

Fine who cares I wasn’t debating the exact origins, just that you can’t force yourself to become attracted to something you’re not attracted to. I just explained how you could get everyone to have their beauty standards changed. (Sure a component is genetic but a large component is cultural) it’s not typically just one isolated trait either, unless it’s some massive obvious unattractive flaw. But the original comment chain was talking about shortness so that’s what I went with Most men complain …

Yeah but their explanation is that height and intelligence are both selected for, but in most places, average height guys have the most reproductive success rather than the tallest guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/19 01:27 AM

This was restricted to a country where height only increased reproductive success and one race (for most places, the effect is curvilinear). Pretty bullshit study imo. Do these studies exclude people with developmental disabilities?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/19 01:20 AM

The studies I've read talk about it on a per cm basis. Also studies that control for nutrition see only negative afaik. Regardless heart disease should increase with height because the heart works harder with height.

you can’t force yourself to be attracted to them by simply telling yourself “well it’s not intrinsic they can actually fix that” Some people think like this, for example a rich fat guy whose only flaw is fat might have a lot of options. If someone is completely unattractive to you, whether they are super fat, too short, huge nose, beady eyes whatever The fact that you even mention huge noses is hilarious because those are only considered unattractive because the white facial average has a relati…

But the flaw isn't inherent to you. It isn't intrinsically a part of your identity so it can't really be considered "you" rather a function of your choices. Also read my edit, sorry I edited that part in.

You cannot force yourself to be attracted to someone, even if they can make themselves more attractive generally by losing weight or whatever. ??? You just contradicted yourself. You can't literally force someone to be more attracted to you but you can greatly improve the odds by losing weight for example. You may not be able to change their standards, but that does not really matter as you can change yourself to fit those standards. Effectively it's not over for you. Your point is pretty much f…

Yes it does because some attributes are a function of your decisions and others are a function of your genetics. It turns out that a lot of the latter is ornamental and completely useless.

Better health causes height. When controlling for childhood upbringing the advantages associated with height disappear and height becomes a negative for long term health. When controlling for childhood height the success aspect disappears as well (late bloomers were as successful as shorter men who were as short as them in high school) regardless of whether it is associated with those things I don't understand why those things can't be directly selected for. Height also seems largely cultural as…
