True, maybe 15% would be a better description . Still though, I could imagine it takes a lot of work for a woman to maintain 20%. Im a man and I was just under 20% last I measured a couple of years ago. And truthfully I'm probably right around that if not a few percentage points smaller. Definitely not 15% though. I don't know what EDs are.

Strictly talking Body Fat , for men I'd say 25% or less is active. For a woman I'd say 35% or less. Just looking at the various pictures online of what different body fat percentages look like So a man should aim for a woman around 10% higher than him. A female at 20% is freaking ripped, spends hours in the gym every day only eats air and water, whereas a male at 20% is more like "goes to the gym 2-3x a week, doesn't eat trash but doesn't strictly diet". Which is what a female at 30% looks like …

Agreed. What's good for the goose is good for the gander after all. But on the opposite side, what is a virgin man supposed to do when all around him are women with (literally) infinitely higher N counts than his?

I got the vaccine, suffered with side effects, but I get called anti vax because I didn't believe in forcing other people to get vaccinated (look it up, you guys even got the dictionary definition changed lol). Also I don't want to get endless boosters and so I get called a plague rat etc etc. So much for my bodily autonomy. Fun fact , I actually used to not care about abortions until 2020 where I was told 24/7 for two years that my bodily autonomy doesn't matter. Now I'm anti abortion (except i…

I don't think anyone here is talking about a woman with an N of 2 saying this. In fact I think if a woman N2 says what's in the topic title then that's actually admirable. She made a couple of mistakes and decided to put a hard stop to it before she turned into someone she didn't want to become. We have been told that women with double digit N counts by mid twenties are completely normal and "nothing to worry about". These are the types of women being discussed here.

As a virgin is it so wrong to hold women to the same standard that I hold myself?

Just keep in mind that statistically speaking, If you're not an 8 or higher, the odds are against you getting another girlfriend though.

Not to mention as soon as your friends get girlfriends say goodbye because no fun allowed. The funny thing is, that married men get to still hang out and do things with "the boys". But it seems like it's the men with girlfriends are the ones who are locked down and can't do anything.

I'm in my mid thirties with an N of 0, no way I'm going to find a woman of the same age with the same N so I stopped looking .

They often do snag a 9...for about one weekend every few months when all his usuals are out of town/sick/busy with their husbands/etc. But that's good enough for them I suppose.

I'm at 0 myself, so for me it'd be 0 or 1. 0 is preferred (of course), but if the 1 was a one time mistake that she regretted and never went back to again, I'd be willing to forgive that.

I think his point is that that's going to be the reality for many young men in America anyway, so better to tell them about it early instead of having them find out the hard way. I'm not sure I 100% agree with his argument but I don't think he's making a value judgment on whether it's a good thing or not, just that it's a thing.

Oh yeah this event. I dunno I've never dated before (but I'm open to the idea) but even I'd be a bit wary of showing up there. Too many experienced women there, also a single Chad could just swoop in and walk away with like 10% of the field. We need a "never dated"/"haven't dated in 10+ years" mixer lol https://www.dailydot.com/irl/only-women-show-up-singles-mixer/

N Count: Needs to be 0, since that's what I am. Or maybe 1 if it was only once and like a bad mistake in teenage years or early 20s and it only happened once and they cut off contact with the guy right after. But preferably 0. Age: needs to be either 3 years younger or up to 10 years older. I'm in my mid-thirties , and women who just turned thirty might as well be in their twenties still. Weight: Should be 35% body fat or less. I'm at 20%, and looking at body fat pictures online right at 36% is …

Condoms don't work on all STDs Also back in the day virgin men could find virgin women, but now due to the 80/20 rule (it's not exactly 80/20 of course but close enough) there are way more virgin men out there than virgin women.

Take a guy like me who's never been on a date, never had a girlfriend, never had his first kiss yet or had sex and turns 29 in late June This is me except I'm in my mid 30s. I'm red pill aware but I haven't taken the pill (I'm not blue pill either), I don't want toxic casual hookups it'd be a great way to catch lifetime disease for sure. Finding a woman near my age who is in the same boat as me would be nice...

The rule for me was no dating while in college so I could focus on doing well to get a good job. And I'm grateful for that because a good job is more important than random college hookups. (Plus hookup culture spreads diseases, which are gross) What I sort of wish though is that my parents encouraged me to date after I graduated though. In my mid 30s trying to find someone my same N count is getting harder and harder, and so I still haven't been on a date. The black pill is tempting but I'm resi…

I tried online dating, gave up on online dating last year after a few months, it's too skewed and my matches were mostly green card scams it seemed. Thanks for the advice, I'm not pursuing dating (because I don't know how) but I'm just open to the idea I guess you could say. And trying to learn more about it.

I'm sort of the opposite. Never dated at all , wasn't allowed to in high school and in college and when I got out I figured I didn't need to and had no regrets. Now I'm mid 30s sort of wishing I had because it's so hard to try to figure it out at this age. Also I have a N of 0 but finding a woman my same age with the same N is all but impossible. Oh well we'll see what happens this year, I've been going to the gym at least (I was never that overweight to begin with but now I'm down to 20% body f…

As a guy in his mid 30s with N=0 it's really difficult to find a woman with the same count...

Define "fatter". For me anything 35% body fat or less is fine. I'm at 20% myself and I'm not willing to put in the effort to get down to 10% or whatever so why should a woman? Now a woman who is above 35% just is letting herself go.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/23 03:14 PM

That's why I said I'm only interested in others who have N=0 as well. Since my N=0 why would I want to have something to do with someone who has a higher N? I'm guessing your N is greater than 0 right? For the record, I think that men who have high counts but want women with low counts are hypocrites.

No kids N=0 (my personal count is 0 so why should I have to settle for anything higher?) Same general religion as me (from what I've read and heard it just works better this way) be either LibRight, Centrist, or AuthRight Be within 3 years of my age 35% or less body fat (I'm right at 20% but from looking at pictures online anything over 35% is where it gets noticable on a woman. Honestly 35% is fine, not looking for anyone to starve themselves because I'm certainly not) Wanting to be in an LTR p…

Yep, as a volcel myself I'm well aware that the majority of women my age (mid 30s) have made the opposite choice. I agree that any one who is not volcel but who insists on having a partner who is volcel is a hypocrite.
